The hotel is spotless and the staff so friendly and helpful took time to say hello even after check in. Isabella lovely lady talked to me even though she was having lunch. Avo in the restaurant a real nice gentleman nothing was to much trouble for anyone the way hotels should be. Sadly not all are

The à la carte breakfast was very good and the buffet option seemed fine.

I had a long and tiring trip with my little daughter. Katherine the lady at the reception welcomed us warmly and gave us all the necessary support to settle in. She gave us a room that overlooked the road. My daughter enjoyed looking at the passing vehicles and the snow. It isnt our first time at Residence Inn Marriot but its the first time being welcomed in a friendly and warmly way on arrival. Thanks Katherine!!!! You made our stay at Residence Inn this time a nicer one. The room was clean, linens were clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was lovely. The room had everything we needed to make our meals. We loved the free shuttle from and to the airport and liked the distance away from the busy airport. Residence Inn always met our expectation. The renovation also added more comfort to our stay this time.

Everything was great, from the trip to the moment I arrived. Jenny was incredibly friendly and warm, and offered me all sorts of help! The facilities were lovely and my room was clean.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming — especially the front desk and reception team, who were always helpful. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options, and I also enjoyed the social club, which added a nice touch to the overall experience. The pool was large and very clean, and the rooms were exceptionally spacious and well-equipped with everything I needed. One great bonus is that the laundry service is free for all guests. I really appreciated the location as well — it’s very accessible from the highway and conveniently close to several key areas. Ville Saint-Laurent is just a few minutes away, which made getting around very easy. Highly recommended! P.S: I would like to thank Julia and the Lady in the breakfast area, all the front desk and the room keepers

New spotless property with everything we needed for an overnight stay before our flight home. The indoor pool is big - even has an aqua slide for people with children.
