Brand new everything, extremely clean, good size room and bathroom, no carpet, friendly staff at reception, close to Quebec City, good value for money.

Super quiet, very clean with exceptional staff. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices! A very cute set up was provided for my dog as well (a mat with bowls- I set my own from home on top- treats, and a cute blanket).

This hotel was absolutely worth the stay, I wish we were staying longer than the overnight snowstorm. The room is impeccable, size was immaculate and the balcony overlooking the pool was unexpectedly pleasant. The pool was kind of chilly, but yhe ambient color changing pool lights were a simple touch that made the relaxation aspect over the top. The oversized hot tub jacuzzi was a gift that I didn't want to give back, I could have floated on my back in that water all night, it was great. The beds were soft, which was not comfortable for me, I have back issues and require a more firm mattress, but I can't see why most people wouldn't be more comfortable than ever. I do have to diss on the silly Square pillows, most hotels are going this way so if you travel, you know what I mean. Just get back to normal sized pillows please 😅 The staff were fantastic with helping correct the booking error that I had made, and getting me into the room promptly. They were fantastic with dealing with the deposit situation (lack of credit card availability) and their patience with the language barrier was phenomenal. Hats off to these people and I will absolutely return.

The location for us was perfect public transport close by and free when you stay.

We recently stayed at Best Western Premier Hotel Aristocrate (suite room) and couldn’t be more impressed. The room was incredibly specious and clean with all the amenities you’d expect from a luxury hotel. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious stay.

It was an amazing and unique experience. The staff were so kind. I tried very hard to speak my best Franglish from what I learned in school, They listened and helped me to communicate well. We were greeted at the door by a character in stilts and it was a welcome we will never forget. There was life entertainment at the pool. It was absolutely magical.

Very comfortable and large room, excellent value for money, breakfast included was delicious with a lot of choice. Hotel is situated conveniently between 2 bus routes to get quickly into Québec old town or the station. The hotel has many restaurants nearby.

Well appointed rooms that were large and clean. The shower was incredible- massage and rain shower. The whole hotel was well managed and well looked after. It was very nice to have a room in the urbania section with the extra touches of the lounge area and breakfast options. The grounds were pretty and bigger than we’d expected. The pool was good - there was a lifeguard and plenty of towels. It got busy as it’s summer but was very quiet after 5pm which worked for us as we spent the day in the city. Very pleasant and friendly staff who were helpful. We ate breakfast and had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was fresh and delicious. A relaxing stay in an excellent hotel.

Location os excellent. The views from the hotel were amazing. Walkable distance to all Quebec attractions. Early checking was possible and the Valet parking was also very convenient and affordable. Staff were excellent

We drove about 10-11 hours from Toronto to Quebec (including breaks), and by the time we arrived, it was quite late. The front desk staff looked exhausted, as there was a guest ahead of us making a complaint, yet they still welcomed us with genuine kindness we were truly grateful for that. They even offered a cookie to my dog, Louis, who was traveling with us. It was his first time being in the car for more than 10 hours, so he was too tired to enjoy the treat, but I deeply appreciated the thoughtful gesture. Among all the pet-friendly hotels we stayed at during this trip, this one was by far the most welcoming toward dogs. Because we arrived so late, we didn’t have a chance to explore the surroundings that night, but the next morning we had breakfast, and the scrambled eggs were so delicious that I went back for a second serving. For anyone planning to drive to Quebec, I highly recommend this hotel it’s a perfect place to rest after a long journey.

What a great place..The staff were very helpful in a pleasant way, not because they had to but wanted to. The rooms were fabulous!! Clean and comfortable, what more could you ask for.. Location was great with a huge shopping mall right across the road..Would definitely stay here again.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had an issue with the heater in our room. Staff came 5mins after we reported it, they tried to fix it and when it still didn't work they directly gave us another room. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy and clean. We had a great time and would highly recommend it
