The location, front desk staff. The room was very nice and clean. Very close to restaurants and gasoline

Was a very nice hotel. Easy access off the highway, easy to find , quick check in

location, room was clean, staff was friendly, hair dresser in place, free breakfast

I usually cross the street to the Normandin for breakfast

I like everything the places, the services, the staffs and etc..

Clean and comfortable, with complete facilities. The staff are very enthusiastic. Breakfast is good.

Super quiet, very clean with exceptional staff. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choices! A very cute set up was provided for my dog as well (a mat with bowls- I set my own from home on top- treats, and a cute blanket).

This hotel was absolutely worth the stay, I wish we were staying longer than the overnight snowstorm. The room is impeccable, size was immaculate and the balcony overlooking the pool was unexpectedly pleasant. The pool was kind of chilly, but yhe ambient color changing pool lights were a simple touch that made the relaxation aspect over the top. The oversized hot tub jacuzzi was a gift that I didn't want to give back, I could have floated on my back in that water all night, it was great. The beds were soft, which was not comfortable for me, I have back issues and require a more firm mattress, but I can't see why most people wouldn't be more comfortable than ever. I do have to diss on the silly Square pillows, most hotels are going this way so if you travel, you know what I mean. Just get back to normal sized pillows please 😅 The staff were fantastic with helping correct the booking error that I had made, and getting me into the room promptly. They were fantastic with dealing with the deposit situation (lack of credit card availability) and their patience with the language barrier was phenomenal. Hats off to these people and I will absolutely return.

My second stay here, and it was good. It's clean, tucked away in a nice peaceful area. Beds are good quality, sheets were good quality, there's privacy even in shared rooms because they have curtains.

Tastefully furnished room with a very comfortable bed. Coffee and tea available in the lobby at all times. Would definitely stay here again.

Great place very clean staff was super kind but it was quite fire from where we needed it to be but overall was a great place

The hotel and the room were really lovely, clean and comfortable and it was wonderful that the staff spoke English and were very helpful and friendly. And we were not expecting the huge breakfast options!

Location ... across from old Quebec city, short walk downhill to the ferry across and stunning views across the St Lawrence. Very clean and comfortable

We really loved our stay. It was very brief, as it was a 1 night stop over to allow us to visit Quebec City the following day, but it really was a great one! The room is newly renovated with good attention to detail, the bathroom is spacious and the shower was amazing! The following morning we were not expecting the amazing big breakfast that welcomed us! The home made waffles and french toast were top notch, and so were the cheese selection, the freshly picked berries and home made jams. Cherry on top was an amazing espresso, probably one of the best espressos we’ve had out of Italy! Thank you so much Nathalie and Marc for your hospitality!

Lovely, convenient and clean setting.

Staff were very pleasant and accommodating

Old, charming building with lots of character, wonderful decorated, clean and lead by a wonderful hostess. Quebec City is just a 15 min (hilly) walk and 5 min ferry ride away. One can have breakfast in the joint kitchen which offers you the opportunity to have nice chats with some other guests. (free) Parking in an adjacent street 30 secs away.

Clean and comfortable with good WiFi. No staff on site but check in was easy. I arrived early and was able to leave my bag till later.

It was great place to rest up while visiting Quebec City

Modern stove and shower with thermostat. Spacious living room

Everything, especially nice to have the pool.

Everything was great! Breakfast was amazing

Great pool, friendly staff, excellent glazing to keep noise out. Free bus also available to town.

It was an amazing and unique experience. The staff were so kind. I tried very hard to speak my best Franglish from what I learned in school, They listened and helped me to communicate well. We were greeted at the door by a character in stilts and it was a welcome we will never forget. There was life entertainment at the pool. It was absolutely magical.

Although travelling as a couple, we loved the family atmosphere and facilties available. Icing on the cake was the wonderful, friendly staff. Great hotel. Thank you.

Room is very spacious and clean, love that there's a coffee machine and fridge. Bed is very comfortable.

Very comfortable and large room, excellent value for money, breakfast included was delicious with a lot of choice. Hotel is situated conveniently between 2 bus routes to get quickly into Québec old town or the station. The hotel has many restaurants nearby.

Well appointed rooms that were large and clean. The shower was incredible- massage and rain shower. The whole hotel was well managed and well looked after. It was very nice to have a room in the urbania section with the extra touches of the lounge area and breakfast options. The grounds were pretty and bigger than we’d expected. The pool was good - there was a lifeguard and plenty of towels. It got busy as it’s summer but was very quiet after 5pm which worked for us as we spent the day in the city. Very pleasant and friendly staff who were helpful. We ate breakfast and had an evening meal in the restaurant and the food was fresh and delicious. A relaxing stay in an excellent hotel.

I ❤️ the luggage storage and the window of the hotel fantastic
