We got snowed in and had to stay an extra night. The staff was extremely accommodating. They let us stay in our old room until the new one was prepared. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

We stayed here during the last holiday season and found it to be the cheapest option, yet surprisingly impressive. Breakfast had plenty of choices, including boiled eggs, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes, bread, and fruits. Free hot drinks were available 24/7 in the lobby. The place was clean, modern, and overall a great stay.

google AI helped me a lot to provide the places to visit, find good restaurants etc... It is better to have something plan ahead of time pending the time frame you have to visit. Personally I prefer travelling by train downtown to Union Station, having a Hotel nearby (walk distance), able to move around not worrying about parking, traffic etc.

The zip line is excellent.

The zip line is excellent. The boat to the falls is well worth the money. I would definitely recommend getting upgraded priority pass for the boat ride. Considering the amount of people on Clifton Hill I would say it was kept pretty clean. Just expect to spend a lot of money when you come to Niagara Falls. It's not cheap but like every vacation spot that's to be expected. We ate at Boston pizza Kelsey's and IHOP and the meals were excellent

Beautiful city with a number of attractions to engage in. Many good hotels to choose from in downtown. Lots and lots of eating spots especially around where we stayed. Transportation within the city was good.

Despite staying in Mississauga, we barely explored the city itself. We mainly went to diners and gas stations in the area while on-route to further destinations in the GTA and beyond. Due to being close to highways it is convenient to stay the night and drive during the day.

Kingston is one of Ontario's best places to visit, at any time of the year. The city is very walkable and the lake is a big feature. A vibrant town with several great restaurants and boutiques. Tango Neuvo and Baja Craft Kitchen are favourites - and there is a new(ish) wine bar that is the only one in town - centrally located - wonderful selection.

Lovely town with exquisite flower arrangements everywhere you look. Charming to the max. Strolling up and down Queen Street is a fun experience. Ate at the Epicurian Restaurant and had a wonderful meal. A bit surprised that there was no bread or crackers or anything like that served with the soup, and we thought that a surcharge of $10 dollars to share one dinner choice between two people was a bit on the stingy petty side. But otherwise, the food was excellent and the service was prompt and courteous. So many good places to eat on the main drag.

A great little town , we came to celebrate my birthday with biking at the waterfront in Kingston, be within walking distance to restaurants , boat cruising, town and the playhouse were easy to find at a few hotels and AirBNB.

A very nice Ontario town with a lot of very interesting places to visit. Good restaurants and friendly people. My favourite place to visit was Algonquine Park. I hope to visit Huntsville one more time in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared, which made our visit very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with good variety and everything fresh and well organized. The staff from kitchen department Holly and Kemona. Free breakfast and Free parking.

We travelled to Toronto from Hamilton. Had a good welcome.

We travelled to Toronto from Hamilton. Had a good welcome. We were driving a GMC truck so advised to park across the road from the hotel. We received two tickets from parking there, spoke with traffic warden who was then happy to address this with reception. It was all sorted, but recommend you confirm with reception that they are aware you have parked in this particular car park. Room was pretty worn, but clean. Beds comfortable, great shower. We only stayed two nights. Breakfast was good.
