Very clean & spacious rooms. The apartment with 2 rooms that we have stayed in was so stylish , modern with very good facilities. Kitchen itself was so well furnished too. Excellent place to stay in when you visit Niagara Falls & also if you are driving as parking space is big. Amazing staff you have! So professional, polite & helpful. Keep it up!

Staff was beyond welcoming. From the entrance door to the front desk , everyone was so accommodating and friendly! Hotel itself is a brand new building so it just feels good to stay in it. Our room faced the billy bishop airport so it was really cool to watch all the planes landing from my bed!

The hotel itself is a masterpiece—absolutely gorgeous in every way. The architecture is grand and palatial, the interiors are refined and elegant, and the attention to detail is simply impeccable. The fresh flower arrangements in the lobby were absolutely stunning and filled the space with beauty and warmth, brightening our days from the moment we stepped inside. Our room was spacious, beautifully furnished, and completely silent—we didn’t hear a single sound from outside. The bed was large, exceptionally comfortable, and made for the best sleep we’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything about the room was designed for relaxation, with warm, dimmable lighting that created a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Dining was another level. The restaurant and bar were fantastic, and the room service breakfast was delicious, generous, and reasonably priced. Even the smallest details elevated the experience—plush, luxurious robes (I still miss them), ultra-soft towels, and an aircon that was whisper-quiet yet kept us perfectly warm during one of the coldest times of the year in Toronto. A truly unforgettable moment was when the staff, despite their busy schedules, took the time to personally show us around the hotel’s event venues. The beauty of these spaces left us completely mesmerized—every detail, every design element was pure artistry. Hands down, the most extraordinary hospitality experience we’ve ever had. Every single second in this hotel felt special. The best days of our lives. Worth every single penny—and honestly, ten times more.

Upon entering the hotel, we were pleasantly greeted by Yousef and Holy! Yousef was able to provide us with an earlier check-in as we were traveling from far. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had a great night sleep. We would definitely stay here again! We were provided info on alternate parking at City Hall for $4 a day. Reason for our trip was not vacation. It was to be close to medical appointments because we were out of the city and trying to get into Toronto for medical appointments is not easy so you have to go the night before. This location was in reasonable distance to where we needed to go

I liked how close our hotel was to all the attractions. Mainly of course, the Niagara Falls and the colorful Clifton Avenue - especially at night! I am glad that I booked all the attractions online ahead of time as it gave me peace of mind and prevented long wait times for tickets. When it comes to the Niagara boat cruises, I suggest to shop around. You could find some pretty good deals if you are patient and take the time to look at all the different websites for the Niagara attractions. Even though the attractions can get pretty pricey especially for families, I am glad that I booked a tour with a tour guide as he was able to show us around the area and having it be our first time at Niagara, I did not want to spend my vacation getting lost.

I enjoyed and I am pleased during my vacation in Mississauga. The enviroment were clean though there is slight traffic due to the construction of the rail roads. Bus drivers were very polite, and the staffs at the bus terminal in square one were very helpful. For sure i want to visit Canada again and again..😂😂😍 Niagara falls is amazing, worthy to visit of all tourist.. I think Mandarin is the best place to eat..

The city is worth exploring and there is a lot of great history and culture that visitors can learn about. Ottawa is a popular destination for tourists as well as government affairs; thus, it is beneficial to increase more safety and security around the area. Also, there is a wide range of options in terms of food and dining that accommodates to international visitors.

I found Kingston to be very pedestrian friendly. There are many restaurants, cafes and bars that cater to all palates. The walk along the waterfront is very scenic. Springer Market Square is a very dynamic area and accommodates activities which can include outdoor ice skating, outdoor movies, dancing and actual stalls vending commodities from food to artisanal goods. The transportation system was safe and punctual and there are several taxi companies too. Lake Ontario Park, across from the St. Lawrence Residence, has beautiful paths through wooded and lakeshore ares.

Very pretty town with interesting shops and variety of places to eat. Check out the Budapest bakery with delicious tunnel bread rolls. Glorious flowers everywhere and plenty of parking places - free and paid. Nice walking around and seeing lake, and pharmacy museum was fascinating.

We arrived to this place and we knew that there’s something wrong and then when we got inside the place is so CREEPY!! and we left right away after few minutes arriving and we never comeback again The place is disgusted and disappointment not recommended looks like MURDERER PLACE!!!! ive never been in my life I HAD THE TRUAMA TO THIS PLACE smells stinky everywhere the bed the blanket the pillow everything is so stinky we never think twice to stay to this place and we booking again another place to go the picture in the website is not the one in person i hope somebody would check this place to turndown the renting owner!!!!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable located downtown which is ideal when your a visitor, there are many eateries around, La luna is one of the great Mediterranean restaurants everything is fresh, love their salads, and another restaurant that is really close to the hotel is Sapporo restaurant that caters to sea food lovers, they have soft shell crabs which are very fresh and you can see them making it which is always nice. Bayfront area is a very nice place to visit, there are eateries around and there is also a food truck on site. Bathrooms are also available on site, and that is a plus in my book, hey you never know. We were there for a baseball tournament but are aware of many facilities that are great to entertain children of all ages for we have visited them in the past. The children’s museum, storybook gardens, and the play centre ( I forget the name ) where the kids can jump on tramps or little ones climb jungle gyms and go down slides or play in a arcade or an escape room for adults . Fun for every age all at one place and food too for every age .

We had a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared, which made our visit very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with good variety and everything fresh and well organized. The staff from kitchen department Holly and Kemona. Free breakfast and Free parking.
