This place is wonderfull, it is like a mixture of hotek and apartment, as you have the best of both... the apartment was really big, had all the equipment we might have needed, had coffee, tea, sugar... and we barely used the public transportation because most of the tourist places are just in a walking distance. The recepcionists are very quickly answering all questions before arrival, super helpful during the stay. They were also very kind to our family group and offered an incredible upgrade. There is a businness center with computer, scanner and printer for free... thank you very much for everything...

The room was cozy, beautifull and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the layout of the room and the dressing area. The best thing by far was the staff. We first stayed at the hotel at the beginning of this year and was absolutely blown away by the cleanliness, the location, the kitchen set up, and even the little coffee machine in the lobby. Quick check in and check out. I slept great. Gives you a “at home” feeling and I love the welcome message on the TV. Good job Kendall on the clean.

A bustling city with lots to do and see.

A bustling city with lots to do and see. The public transportation will get you anywhere you want to go. I recommend the Hockey Hall of Fame, St Lawrence Market for a Peameal Bacon sandwich, CN Tower, The Monkey's Paw bookstore and Canada Walk of Fame (not after a snowstorm because the walkway is not shoveled).

So much fun for a family of 4!.

So much fun for a family of 4!. Lots of walking and entertainment available and food everywhere! The rainforest Cafe is a great family spot! The food and drinks were great! The Ferris wheel was a great view! In the winter the white landscape is pretty. No crowds makes up for having to dress for the weather! Love it and will visit again and again!

Ottawa is my home town and I always enjoy the opportunity to bring my Toronto - born kids to see where I grew up. It has changed a lot so it's entertaining for me too! Ottawa is a great city in all seasons - we were here for Winterlude this time, but have enjoyed visits in spring, summer and fall. It's a beautiful city with lots to do, inside and out.

Coming into London at night is absolutely terrible in the downtown east end. Watching all the homeless sitting on the ground slooped over themselves, doing drugs was the highlight. Made me feel better about my life and its choices.

Nice area, lots of restaurants and shopping, even though it was early November. The free shuttle bus between the unit and Blue Mountain Village was very easy to book and the drivers were very accommodating.

We were here for our granddaughter's hockey tournament and just need a place to crash. It was very comfortable and the staff were able to get us a room near the hockey group. The breakfast was hot and varied and there was plenty of it.

Very nice town on Lake Huron, great shops and all the services you need. We stayed there because we went to visit some apple orchards to sample their cider products, we hiked in the Blue Mountains and we also really enjoyed Wasaga Beach without the crowds during this amazingly warm off-season (September 2025). The hotel was just a little outside town, the area rather industrial, but it suited us well since parking was free and it was easy to travel to the places we went to visit.

Windsor wasn't exactly a cultural experience, although it did seem to have a diverse population, which was nice to see. We didn't find any hip shopping districts or cool "strips." The view of the river and the Detroit skyline was very cool, and many people were utilizing the riverwalk in the evening after dark. There were plenty of identifiable security personnel who made even the less-lit areas of the park feel relatively safe.

We arrived to this place and we knew that there’s something wrong and then when we got inside the place is so CREEPY!! and we left right away after few minutes arriving and we never comeback again The place is disgusted and disappointment not recommended looks like MURDERER PLACE!!!! ive never been in my life I HAD THE TRUAMA TO THIS PLACE smells stinky everywhere the bed the blanket the pillow everything is so stinky we never think twice to stay to this place and we booking again another place to go the picture in the website is not the one in person i hope somebody would check this place to turndown the renting owner!!!!
