We loved absolutely everything about this hotel. The staff were excellent. A special mention to the concierge Steven, he was so professional and helpful. So good at his job and just the person everyone needs to meet on their holiday especially when travelling abroad. Cannot forget Conor from Ireland, a lovely lad.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Close to the Union Station with quick connection to the airport as well as to various attractions in walking diistance. Our room was spacious and beds very comfortable. Staff nice. Breakfast was not included in the price however it was worth the additional money we paid. I do recommend trying Burcher musli and shakchuka - excellent!

We stayed here during the last holiday season and found it to be the cheapest option, yet surprisingly impressive. Breakfast had plenty of choices, including boiled eggs, sausages, scrambled eggs, pancakes, bread, and fruits. Free hot drinks were available 24/7 in the lobby. The place was clean, modern, and overall a great stay.

Very easy to get around using city buses and/or walking.

Very easy to get around using city buses and/or walking. Great selection of restaurants and sites. Visited and enjoyed the Aquarium ( buy tickets in advance !!) , Kensington Market, Distillery District and CN Tower. Everywhere we ate was great. Especially loved PIA Thai restaurant on Duncan ( best to get reservations, but even without them, our wait was not bad) , and breakfasts at our stay at the RIU Hotel.

I didn't expect Niagara Falls, Ontario, to feel like a...

I didn't expect Niagara Falls, Ontario, to feel like a miniature mix of Disneyland and Las Vegas. It was much more lively and entertainment-focused than I had imagined, with attractions, bright lights, and a fun atmosphere. It definitely wasn't what I expected, but it made the visit a unique experience.

Our stay was excellent.

Our stay was excellent. The location was very convenient, with all the major attractions in Ottawa just a short distance away. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were humble, courteous, and very welcoming. Parking was available on the property, which made our stay even more convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and offered a beautiful view of Parliament Hill. Breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of tasty options to choose from. For dinner, we enjoyed Ottawa Shawarma, which was a great dining experience and a perfect way to end the day.

I enjoyed and I am pleased during my vacation in Mississauga. The enviroment were clean though there is slight traffic due to the construction of the rail roads. Bus drivers were very polite, and the staffs at the bus terminal in square one were very helpful. For sure i want to visit Canada again and again..😂😂😍 Niagara falls is amazing, worthy to visit of all tourist.. I think Mandarin is the best place to eat..

Downtown port and historical buildings are the best...

Downtown port and historical buildings are the best attractions as well as the haunted and ghost tours. Kingston has a variety of good restaurants to offer. Personally I loved the food in Grekos and Tir nan nog. The downside of Kingston was the scattered site of homeless people and average people being on drugs. In my opinion the mayor and the city council could work with the police and the government to clean the city and help these individuals. Obviously mental health is been neglected in Kingston.

Beautiful village full of flowers, British cottages and Tudor mansions. Most romantic little town. If you want romance skip Niagara Falls and make your way 25 minutes north to Niagara-on-the Lake. Awesome live theatre in the summer with the Shaw festival. We say 3 plays in 2 days. Wow!

went to Maple Leaf restaurant for the best schnizel meal i have had in years. Wanted to go to the Playhouse but it was sold out, did the Casino and visited this small town that was very pleasant, boat rides, nice shops, close to Kingston, and visited that area as well, easy to get around, Hotel was very close to Casino.

We travelled to Toronto from Hamilton. Had a good welcome. We were driving a GMC truck so advised to park across the road from the hotel. We received two tickets from parking there, spoke with traffic warden who was then happy to address this with reception. It was all sorted, but recommend you confirm with reception that they are aware you have parked in this particular car park. Room was pretty worn, but clean. Beds comfortable, great shower. We only stayed two nights. Breakfast was good.

A very nice Ontario town with a lot of very interesting places to visit. Good restaurants and friendly people. My favourite place to visit was Algonquine Park. I hope to visit Huntsville one more time in the near future.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared, which made our visit very relaxing. The breakfast was excellent, with good variety and everything fresh and well organized. The staff from kitchen department Holly and Kemona. Free breakfast and Free parking.
