The property was very clean and comfortable. While it is a little bit out of the town centre it was an easy drive back into town to have a good look around. The property had everything we needed and the staff were excellent.

The view was beautiful. They have "hotel cart"(not sure how they are called) at the parking in the basement so you don't have to go around with your luggages. The location is beautiful, walking distance to everything. The breakfast box was great and tbh serve us as snack and half lunch later!

Very large hotel in a quiet and calm environment. The staff was kind. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Parking is available for free. The breakfast buffet is simple but has everything you need.

excellent location at water front, close to down town and restaurants, as well as the Queens University, very convient for shight seeing.

Superb attention to detail, high quality, great use of space, very comfortable, everything about it is top notch. A real find. Handy location, designated free parking space, secure, safe. Record player and some vinyl was an unexpected bonus! Would definitely stay again!

The bed and pillows were comfortable, which are not always the case at Jess expense motels. The young woman who allowed us to see the room prior to checking in was a smart, well-trained, thoughtful and personable employee.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Paid extra $20 for breakfast to be included and my entire family was able to order off the menu at the in house restaurant - food was great. Allowed late check-out. Would stay here again.

We had the most beautiful sunrise from the porch, and the accommodation and suggestions were great!
