The staff were kind and welcoming. The room was clean and tidy.

The room was a great size. The breakfast was basic but very nice. We really liked the swimming pool. It was an easy drive into town. Opposite the hotel was One Eyed Jack's which had the best food and atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit for a meal.

The property was very clean and comfortable. While it is a little bit out of the town centre it was an easy drive back into town to have a good look around. The property had everything we needed and the staff were excellent.

The Woman at reception was a true angel. She had a whole list of things to do and places to eat at in Kingston. After we mentioned that we were headed to Ottawa next, she also created a custom list for us there. Truly amazing

The view was beautiful. They have "hotel cart"(not sure how they are called) at the parking in the basement so you don't have to go around with your luggages. The location is beautiful, walking distance to everything. The breakfast box was great and tbh serve us as snack and half lunch later!

Clean hotel with modern and comfortable rooms. Amazing location close to the waterfront and 2 min walk from lots of nice bars and restaurants. Hotel Staff were friendly and very professional. Breakfast was a la carte…lots of food and delicious.

This hotel was actually amazing for the money. It was a couple of km out of town, it was very new, they’d been open for 4 weeks, everything worked, the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was probably the best included breakfast I’ve had in North America.

Perfect location, walking distance to shopping, dining, and attractions. Views of the Harbour were beautiful. Included breakfast offered good variety and was tasty. Made use of the fitness room which was small but had excellent equipment.

Accommodation was lovely, modern and clean. Great facilities including record player and records which was a nice touch. Beverage options in the suite were great.

Location was ideal, middle of everything major for gym, shopping, food, etc.

The hotel was quiet and softly lit throughout. The lighting and noise levels in the room were very low. My partner has sensory sensitivity issues and being able to accommodate these needs was a welcome surprise.

The bed and pillows were comfortable, which are not always the case at Jess expense motels. The young woman who allowed us to see the room prior to checking in was a smart, well-trained, thoughtful and personable employee.

Rooms were spacious and clean. Paid extra $20 for breakfast to be included and my entire family was able to order off the menu at the in house restaurant - food was great. Allowed late check-out. Would stay here again.

This Private hotel is the best private hotel or Cottage we have ever been. The rooms are very big and clean, the kitchen is very clean and it has everything the clients need. I recommend this Hotel to everyone for your stay with your family.
