Accommodation in Ottawa

Location was very close to public transport, mall and other facilities. The breakfast was nice. There was a mix of some cold and warm foods. For the price it was a really great deal. I will highly recommend this place and the "Jails" were interesting too.

This hotel is really excellent and beyond our expectation. Great location, you can walk to interesting places of Ottawa. Room is very good, clean & spacious, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, coffee machine, toaster), steam iron, air purifier, large flat TV, computer with printer. Breakfast is very good with variery of food even for Vegan. Different of sandwhiches, eggs, hashbrown, 3-4 types of bread, coffee & tea, waffle, muffin. Bottle of drinking water, box of orange juice, box of milk, yogurt in the refrigerator. Furthermore, also prepare to-go snack with bottle of water for guests. Staff is very nice, friendly and helpful. I can say that this is very valued for money hotel.

Clean, nicely decorated room, with some sort of a Victorian vibe. Comfortable bed, good wifi; balcony - although it's usually cold and snowy outside at this time of the year - was a big plus. The breakfast was up to expectations as well. The gentleman at the reception kindly offered us both a free room upgrade and an early chek-in (although initially we only planned to leave our luggages, as we arrived more than an hour before the check-in time, Canada most likely being one of the countries with the atest check-in hours on the planet), which we much appreciated. The hotel itself - a nice brick-clad building on a rather quiet street - is within walking distance of both the main attractions and an underground train station (very convenient to those who reach the city by means of public transportation). Last but not least, we found some decent restaurants nearby.

Good breakfast Super spacious room and bed

Very modern and clean. Everything you need is waiting for you.

Everything, especially the staffs. They were all extremely warm and help full. Room is sparkly clean, location is perfect.

Location and breakfast are very good

The location, the price, the cleanliness and the experience

I particularly liked the spacious room. I opted for the balcony, which was a nice choice. The breakfast was also good, with some different options. Great location, close to the Parliament and Rideau Canal; great options for morning runners like me 😊 The staff was friendly and kind.

It was located close to the area we wanted to visit

Staff were amazing, polite and attentive all round.

Great experience, exceeded my expectations. The room was new, clean, and spacious. The food in the restaurant was also good. The view of the airport was also a big plus to me.

I visited with my family, and my kids loved everything about the hotel. The complementary breakfast and the proximity to the centre were notable .

Staff were really helpful and friendly. They accommodated our request, and were really understanding for an issue with the used credit card. I highly recommend this hotel!

Great staff, restaurant and bar on site is great too. Loads of bars and restaurants within 30 seconds. Gym and pool are good too.

great location and Hotel. Great location with plenty of restaurants, bars around the corner.

We had a great 3 nights at the Westin. Superb location right between the Parliament and Byward Market. Comfortable, large rooms. Loved having direct access to the mall straight from the hotel.

We really like the hypoallergenic rooms, and we have stayed there half a dozen times planning to return. A special shout out to the persons at the front desk and the general manager for making our stay very memorable!

- very good location - 3 min walking distance to the Parliament Hill - nice room - very good breakfast
