Accommodation in Bergün

No traffic. You get off the train and stroll up to the hotel. No cars for miles around. Tranquil and peaceful! Great for sledging straight from the back door.

Ideal location, close to the train station, next to a supermarket and 25 minutes from the Landwasser Viaduct. Excellent hospitality, nice breakfast.

I liked that we could have dinner in the location, a good wine, and immediately a place to park my car right in front of the hotel. There was also a ski room. I had a nice room with comfortable beds and a nice view with balcony. All in a quiet village.

Very clean and everything you need. Beds were comfortable. There was coffee which was nice and a great view from the balcony.

The location was perfect, situated near a ski slope that provided convenient access to the stunning alpine scenery in Bergun. The cozy atmosphere of the accommodation made it an ideal winter retreat, and being just a stone's throw away from the slopes is a dream for any skiing enthusiast. The host was really welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I was alone but the accommodation itself can comfortably accommodate a group of five, making it an excellent choice for larger families or friends looking for a delightful getaway. The interior reflected the rustic charm of the region.

To start, Sal , the host and chef of Hotel Schontal was Outstanding! He was personally waiting for us to make sure we arrived in the gorgeous village of Filisur without any problems. The hotel is just a small gem! What a view of the mountains! Rye bed was cozy and had everything we needed. There is a CO-OP right next door if you wish not to pay extra for breakfast ( it's Switzerland, Everything is expensive)! Walked through the village ! Simply Stunning views All around!! Went to the Ancient Roman Aqueduct ! That what Filisur is well known for! Wayyy highly recommended!

The hospitality, the food, the corner room at the 3rd floor, the chitchat with the owner which resulted in breakfast opening one hour earlier in the mornings to accommodate those of us taking the early train to Davos WEF.

We had a perfect stay at Apartment 401 over Christmas. Linda made sure we had everything that we needed. We really appreciated all the homely touches (providing orange juice, tea, coffee), and the information about what would be open and closed over the holiday period. The apartment was very well heated, we loved the heated floor tiles. It’s a short walk from Bergün station and conveniently located at the end of the sledging runs. Would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Bergün!

It is located in a small and picturesque village. Nice, cozy, clean and calm apartment with an amazing view. It is very good equipped - especially the kitchen. The communication with the host was kind and quick.
