Accommodation in Geneva

The check-in staff was very friendly. Shuttle service was very convenient, frequent, and the instructions of time and place was very clear. I had dinner 2x at the resto: kitchen is open until 12, amazing! And the food was delicious too.

The rooms were very clean and the personnel super friendly! The location is great, close to the airport. The breakfast was abundant and was served from early on, great if you need to catch a flight. Would definitely stay there again!

Clean bathrooms, clean beds (there's a bed comforter, sheets were spotless, always a good sign when the hostel places emphasis on bed cleanliness), helpful staff. There's a laundry room in the basement, just ask the front desk for the cash card to use the washing machine. It's 5 francs for the washing machine and 5 francs for the dryer. Comes with an iron and a clothesline. Place looks fairly well kept. Good value overall!

It is one of the best hotel services I have received. The staff was super attentive and kind, and they gave me holiday treats. The shuttle bus, which runs every half hour, demonstrates that they care about their guests.

Everything about the accommodation was lovely

The public area is comfortable and leisure enough. The room though small but clean and comfortable with two beds. The storage room is available for reserving my snowboard bag when I am traveling alway in Switzerland. Very friendly staff. The location is convenient.

The location is excellent: the airport is only a 15–20 minute walk away, and several buses stop in front of the hotel, taking you directly to the Gare. The staff is very friendly and speaks several languages. Arturo is the best!

Great experience, room and service

Really nice hotel , just order a room facing the garden to open the window at night . Thats it was reallly nice stay.

Excellent service! Reception, breakfast service, rooms, all fantastic. Very close to trainstation, waterfront, by foot. Very nice hotel with good atmosphere and amazing breakfast buffet! Definetly recommended.

The room is spacious for 2-3 persons Well located, close to many bus/ trams station and shopping mall Staff are friendly and very helpful

The location was really good.it was very close to the centre, train station and christmas market. The kitchen was well equipped to use. The beds were comfortable for our family.

Location is great, plus that fact that the flat comes with a kitchen room can save you some money if you are not ready to pay for a lunch in local restaurants, an example ( just for one big mac in Macdonalds without fries be ready to pay £10) Lidl is just 10 minutes walking , the hotel is very close to bus station, less than 1 minute walking, free breakfast included

Very good location, Just 2 blocks from the train station and also from Pont du Mont-Blanc. Bed was really comfortable and personal care amenities like this hotel offers you only can have in more luxurious and expensive hotels. Also the hotel offers some discounts at chocolate stores and restaurants :)
