Location is amazing and so are the receptionists especially Zeda. She went out of her way and tried to be as accommodating as she could. However, except for acting as conveyer of messages to the manager, they can’t do anything. Little things like fixing AC was beyond their control.
The Hotel N’vY Manotel is just 300 metres away from the banks of Lake Geneva, a stone's throw from the train station and a 15-minute walk from the centre and the UN.

Known for its international diplomacy, Geneva is the gateway city to the Swiss Alps and contains many international organisations that lend the lake-side city a cosmopolitan flair. It is filled with the best in cuisine, diverse languages and people, and top 5-star hotels.
It's easy to fly in to Geneva Airport, and like the rest of Switzerland, the public transport system is incredibly efficient. And the antique shops and steep, cobbled streets of the Old Town can be explored by foot or bicycle.
Many of the sights are monumental buildings such as the St Pierre Cathedral, but you can escape the chilly winters inside museums and galleries displaying everything from the Renaissance to the Contemporary.
Even if getting out into the wilderness of the Swiss Alps isn’t an option, there’s plenty of nature accessible within the city limits. Parc des Bastions offers tree-lined walks and a game of giant chess and Parc de la Grange is a green space situated on the Lake Geneva promenade. Jet d'Eau, a 140-metre high fountain in the centre of Lake Geneva is beautifully lit at night.
With over 90 hotels available, Booking.com ensures that whether you are travelling for business or pleasure you can experience the best accommodations Geneva has to offer.

Geneva is a well-maintained modern European City.
Geneva is a well-maintained modern European City. We were given free bus tickets by the government for our stay. In all the bus rides, we never met an inspector to check those tickets. i lost my bag which I left in one of the buses. I was able to find it the following day at the lost and found and paid a CHF10 fee for my negligence. All the important stuff, including a colleague's passport, was intact. It's good to know a little French when in Geneva so you can seamlessly interact with locals, but almost everyone can speak basic English.

With hotel reservation we got transport cards INCLUDED to use public transport free of charge. Made it so much easier to enjoy the sights. Would recommend the Geneva water fountain. You get to stand so close to it!! The whole area had many interesting things to do such as the boat ride, ferris wheel, flower clock.
CERN and Palace of Nations are a must.
The bonus was a day trip to Chamonix from Geneva. We took the Swiss Tours coach and it made our whole trip worthwhile. Only an hours ride there but the views and the cable cars were spectacular!

A beautiful city but foreign travellers who aren't wealthy will be shocked by the costs of visiting. I'm talking $50 bagel and coffee expensive. Old Town is a treat and the various fountains provide pristine potable water. The only affordable way to eat is to buy food from Coop or Migros; also take advantage of the free museums and beautiful parks.

We visited Watches and Wonders in Geneva and wouldn't have gone there otherwise. Some areas made me uneasy as a woman and mother, even during the day and in populated areas. I recommend using the city as a stopover for one or two nights at most. Try to stay a bit outside of town, avoiding the immediate vicinity of the main train station.
The city is well connected with busses and trams and the airport.

A clean and pleasant town.
A clean and pleasant town. Geneva is not far from Annecy or any towns in France. I love walking in the old town. We had lunch at the Brasserie du Molard and we loved it. They have a variety of food to choose. There is a great chinese restaurant Pekin Palace just near the Warwick hotel. The price is reasonable. If you are staying in the hotel, you can ask the staff for transport card Geneva to go on public transportation. I find it very convenient to go around town.
The best thing about this hotel is that it is located very close to the Geneva main train station (Gare Cornavin) and to most of the tourist attractions of the city. There are plenty of shops (including Coop), stores and restaurants nearby. We loved the liveliness of the area the hotel is situated in. The room size was just ok but it was very well kept. The bathroom too was comfortable and clean. The staff was polite and helpful. The lift and room amenities like mini refrigerator, kettle and stuff for tea/coffee were nice.
Value no frill stay with breakfast and comfy room. The staffs were prompt and always helpful. They can store luggage for you after checking out and just like all other hotels in the city they give free transportation pass for whole of Geneva. Tram line 14 and 18 is close by and connects to the city centre with in 12 mins.
The proximity to Geneva airport & the excellent shuttle service, together with extremely comfortable guest suites with firm bed, good size bathrooms, work desk, blackout blinds & kitchenette, were the best aspects of this hotel.
The staff are all very welcoming and offer great service.
The hotel is new, modern and spotlessly clean. The staff are very kind and friendly. Definitely one of the best hotels in Geneva. The location is also very convenient - it is near the lake, the train station and in walking distance of the old town.
The staff was incredibly friendly and planned an entire day in Geneva for us when we asked. They were super knowledgeable about the best food, pubs, and sights. Would 100% stay here again! Thank youHotel Central!
