Hotel Bahnhof was a very nice surprise. We got a nice sized room with a balcony and amazing views of the matterhorn! You also get a shared fully equipped kitchen where you can make your own meals! Would 100% recommend this place. Also it’s right at the Monte Rosa Tour so it was conveniently on our path!

The location is perfect, not far from train station and supermarket. Tiny but gorgeous room, suitable for 2 of us, Nice balcony and view of Matterhorn. Nice bed and clean room. I will recommend all friends and family.

Its incredible! Exactly like on photos. It’s dated but you can feel like staying in alps refugio. View of Matterhorn from balcony is amazing. I hope it will not be change and that I’ll be able to return to it.

Very Nice and helpful Staff, the Location near the Train Station with a less than 5 minutes walk to the station and Hotel conditions were great :).

The top three best part is LOCATION, LOCATION and , LOCATION. The hotel is right next to Täsch station, which is a 10-SECOND walk. That’s right, 10 seconds!! The train to zermatt is about 10min

The room was big and clean with all the necessary things.

Marco was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area. Marco also provided us with a great meal on the night of our arrival. The rooms were comfortable and the hotel is in a great location, right beside the train station in Randa. We also availed of the on-site parking, with a very reasonable rate for a few days whilst we were on multi-day hike.

The hotel look beautifull, typicall Swiss with the flower boxes on the window panes. The afternoon tea and cake are a winner. the breakfast is good.

The breakfast started at 7:00. It’s nice and healthy to eat. The bed is OK I slept very well. The room is clean and quiet. The staff is nice and welcoming.

The attention from the staff was amazing. They gave us a lot of tips, were helpful and nice. They even spoke Spanish which was very convenient to our family. The hotel was great and beautiful both inside and the views outside. The rooms were super clean, wirh enough space for 4 people, free coffee, minibar and a fridge. They stored our luggage and took it to the room when it became available while we were exploring Zermatt. Beautiful location and super close to the train station. They even have a shuttle service which was very helpful for all our heavy luggage and older people. Breakfast was included and it was overall good like a continental breakfast

This hotel is amazing. From check in to check out I have not one bad thing to say. We arrived at the train station and just had to call the hotel to bring us via private transport. We got a free upgrade to a deluxe family room which was great. I cannot fault this stay at all would highly recommend.

Everything was perfect: the room (very comfortable beds), the hotel facilities and spa with the pool and saunas, the healthy breakfast choices, the cleanness, the location (not on the main and busy street of the village but still quite close to ski lifts, restaurants, etc). The service was impeccable and friendly. The hotel owners and workers take care of their hotel with love and very attentive to their guests needs. We had my husband’s birthday during our stay and they arranged a nice surprise birthday cake for him. If possible, go also for the room with the Matterhorn view- to see its majestic peak with sun shining over it in front of your balcony is really worth of a extra money! If we go to Zermatt again, this hotel would be my preferred place to stay in.

Great location. Close to train station. Great facilities at the hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was great lots of choice and great hot breakfast options. It’s has a very unusual style but we really loved it and would definitely go back. The facilities were also excellent I had a fabulous massage and the flotation cabin is an absolute must!! Thank you to all the staff they were so helpful and welcoming.

On the main street. Very short walk to the train station, shops and restaurants. Pretty much everything is within walking distance. Breakfast was included. While not a lot of choices, it’s certainly a convenient start to the morning. Most positively, they allowed me to change the booking dates without any problem, even though the Booking.com said no refund and no change allowed.
