It’s best city of Switzerland I visited.
It’s best city of Switzerland I visited. View of city is awesome, nice and clean, public transport is very good. If you have Swiss travel pass you can enjoy trains, ferries and buses free. And lots of other places have discounts on tickets upto 50%. If you’re looking for Swiss travel definitely go to Interlaken at least 2 days minimum, lots of places (Grindelwald ) around there that have amazing views. Small town but better. Food is little expensive than Zurich.Guest review bySandeep singhUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Zermatt has so so much to offer, its a nature lovers dream, we went in summer so we did hikes but could have done so much nnore, there was skiing, climbing, adventure parks, and so many place to see and eat , our hotel was amazing they gave us all the info to get around, what to see, just make sure when you book transport , you book the train into town or a car that can drive you to the drop off point not the train station out of town ,Guest review byScottAustralia - 10.0

We visited a LOT of places in the Jungfrau region and while we loved Murren and Wengen, we decided that we definitely chose the best base in Grindelwald. It has such good transport links - great options for walks, activities and mountains that you could spend a week here and not need to go further than Terminal to catch a cable car to somewhere spectacular.Guest review byAlex - 10.0

It's for relaxing, not busy, use the place as a starting point to the different valleys...and if you have time, take the "expresstrain (do not get off for picking flowers...)" for a nice travel to Domodossola. A place not to be missed. Just one recommendation: Go there out of Summerseason (mid June to end August) it will simple be to hot.... Use the Ticino Ticket if you get one from the hotel, it's worth the money.Guest review byWernerSwitzerland - 8.0
Montreux was a nice location to go to Rocher de Naye.
Montreux was a nice location to go to Rocher de Naye. There were some great walks in the neighbourhood like 'Gorges de Chauderons'. There are plenty of bars and restaurants. The view of the lake was great. Montreux was not the cleanest town/city we visited in Switzerland.Guest review byAnnelies - 10.0
Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for.
Swiss alpine village - just what I was looking for. We had sunny days and a couple of rainy days, both were breathtaking in their own right. Nice connection too to Murren, Wengen, and Interlaken. At night, when the day tours have left, you can have the village "all for yourself" and that experience was almost divine.Guest review byRolynePhilippines - 10.0

I arrived on the afternoon of a festival where the one-way Promenade was traffic free. With many street food stalls, music and a lot of public. The walk around the lake was enjoyable and also a trip up to Jakobshorn of reduced ticket prices (Fr. 18.- return, make sure that at the top you can get through the turnstile and not pay for the downhill journey like we did. Got a refund at the cash desk at the bottom though) for hotel guests with the tourist card. Also free travel on the the nostalgic train to Filisur and back and on all buses was a bonus. Scenery is splendid, and if you're a train enthusiast, it's the place to be for the Bernina or Glacier Express. Can recommend a bite to eat or just Coffee and Cake at Kaffee Klatsch on the Promenade. Schatzalp is just a funicular away and you'll feel lifted back to the beginning of the last century.Guest review byJeanetteSwitzerland - 6.0
It’s picturesque and nice to walk around.
It’s picturesque and nice to walk around. The highlight was the Bündner Kunstmuseum which was fantastic. Eating options a bit limited, and opening times of restaurants / shops seemed a bit hit and miss. Chur is very expensive.Guest review byHelenUnited Kingdom - 6.0

Very expensive town with a mixture of nice Swiss architecture and horrible apartment blocks that look they come from North Korea. Very expensive and in some ways, hard to see what the fuss is about. There are many nice towns in Europe and this was not the prettiest. It's famous for people who are rich and famous but if that's not you, I'd suggest skipping it.Guest review byKarlUnited States - 10.0
