Excellent large room on 6th floor. Stayed there in advance of our wedding (not at the hotel) and complimentary wine and chocolates were much appreciated.

Felt new like clean and sparkling

Located right next to the lake and a short walk to the train station. We got a room with lake views which was well worth it. Good breakfast. It would have been nice to have control over the room temperature as it was too high. It would also be good to have more signs of where the hotel entrance is as it can be a bit confusing.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. I was particularly impressed with the quality of the breakfast – a nice selection of fresh items to start the day. Despite its central location, the hotel was quiet at night, allowing for a restful sleep.

The location. Near to the public transports. The best is very near to the Lake Geneva.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The building looks amazing with nice design and just superb location! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The personnel was really nice and helpful! Once i visit Locarno again, I will stay in the same hotel for sure❤️

But honestly, what made my experience unforgettable — truly exceptional in every sense of the word — was one young staff member. Her name is Lidija. My friend, this girl was more than wonderful. She was indescribably friendly, kind like a sister, and as cooperative as an old friend. The way she treated me and my wife was full of respect and warmth, to the point that we felt we weren't in a hotel — we felt we were in our second home, even in the home of family and friends. Truly, Lidija made us feel warm and safe. She is a living example that a caring employee is the real secret to any place's success. May God reward her with all goodness. As for the room, I can only say: how beautiful it was! It was warm, impressively clean, and the stunning view of the lake gave the heart a sense of peace and indescribable calm. The cleanliness I saw with my own eyes made me stand in respect for the hardworking team behind the scenes. The room was so big and very clean

This was really a great surprise. The staff were all so so so nice and friendly, we felt really good there! From the reception, to restaurant to breakfast, everyone was super nice. The hotel is beautiful, amazing view and comfortable and spacious bedrooms. This is really the type of 3* hotels that are much better than some 5* hotels. Also, we were traveling with our 3 dogs and they were welcome there, with bowls for them. Thank you!!
