Everything was perfect, especially considering the price. I was not expecting much but it was really great. Clean, kind and attentive staff, well located, good restaurant and breakfast and good looking overall.

It could not be closer to the main station. Perfectly situated - also close to the lake and the old town.

Perfect location next to railway station

A beautiful hotel in quiet area in Locarno. Just a few minutes walk to bus station to get into the centre of town. Staff were very helpful and obliging. Will definitely return to this hotel and would highly recommend it to all.

It is modern, clean, the hosts are very froendly and helpfull, there is always a plate of fresh fruits at the reception and the lake is only 3 mins away on foot

Excellent room, large bed, comfy mattress and pillows. Large enough bathroom with clean towels every day and great shower. Decent size balcony with great views. Lovely garden areas and interior decor. Excellent staff.

Central position, cleanliness, friendliness, good service and good at their restaurant.

The location, the rooms and the bar/restaurant that belonged the hotel, serving excellent breakfast. The only cumbersome part was the phone based key cards but it doesn’t affect the overall opinion of our stay. The bar/restaurant manager, Dario, delivered a top service, both friendly and helpful at all times.

Very kind, friendly and helpful! Even with our dog we felt very welcome and confortable. The service was top, the food awsome and overall a place we definitely recommend and will visit again!

The staff were helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant delicious. Cocktails superbly mixed. Pool area great to relax at. Sauna and gym spacious, clean. It all felt rather luxurious.

Extremely central. They have their own beautiful restaurant too which is rated highly and has amazing food. The room was nice, especially for the price. We were able to leave our luggages there on the day of departure while we wandered around. It’s also a part of the Ticino ticket, which gives you free public transport and other discounts from check in until midnight the day of your last stay.

Nice room with an aircon in the room which was a big bonus; shared facilities were clean. Only a short walk to Piazza Grande.

Great location, comfortable room, easy walk from the train station! Tip: there is a vending machine on the dining room floor if you want a snack or bottled drinks on the middle of the night.
