Excellent location in very close proximity to the lake and the other attractions in Lugano. The staff are super helpful and excellent at creating memorable experiences.

The hotel is great for the kids. It had a very nice play room where my daughter enjoyed going each day. The staff was very friendly.

I really enjoyed my stay in the hotel. The building looks amazing with nice design and just superb location! The room was clean and had everything we needed. The personnel was really nice and helpful! Once i visit Locarno again, I will stay in the same hotel for sure❤️

Great view, just by the lake of Lugano. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable and clean rooms. Good breakfast. Close to Funicolare Monte San Salvatore. Also there is Migros close to the hotel.

The hotel was very clean and nice and the staff super polite. The location is very central, next to the train station - which is also a bit downside, because of the noise - but honestly the price/quality ratio is really good and I'd recommend staying here.

Loved having a balcony although the weather was poor and there's scaffolding on one side. Staff were all friendly and spoke good English.

Room was very spacious and lightful thanks to enormous, floor to ceiling windows. Furniture was simple but comfortable. There was a large furnished balcony in my room. Everything was sparkling clean both in the room and in common areas. The hotel is well maintained, and hosts are very friendly, helpful, positive and welcoming. Hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and at the same time historical center is accessible on foot. Tea and coffee are available for free at any time. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and included really good selection of cheese and ham, wide range of fresh fruits, freshly boiled eggs, home-made cake, yogurt, various muesli, juice, tea and coffee, yummy bread, nuts, honey, jams etc.

We were on the 5th story and we love the view flamboyant felt very Italian and the warmth of the Italian design close to the cable car which was well worth the visit and close to Lake.generous breakfast included.

Both setting and service are exceptional! Wonderful rooms. Highly recommended for everyone travelling with dogs. Mine never wanted to leave and probably still miss the fluffy dog beds :)

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was simple but very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was nice with homemade bread and plenty of savoury and sweet options. A really good stay.
