Stayed here 3 times now. Great location and staff are always excellent. A mention to the lady working this morning doing breakfasts. Great with our kids and great service from here as she has been the last three years.

The location is great for mountain biking. The cuisine was excellent.

I liked how one of the staff helped me with a issue I had with the security key box and resolved very quickly

We arrived by bike and were allowed to store them inside which was really nice! The staff was very friendly, and dinner was tasty! We did not expect this, as the location is right beneath the highway. AC in the room was nice!

The views from the windows and terrace are absolutely breathtaking. On top of that, the atmosphere and service are wonderfully warm, friendly and genuinely welcoming

Just near the motorway! We stopped end of June just for overnight rest. The room was very big and clean. Very clean bathroom and towels. Very comfortable bed for both of us, very clean bedding and comfortable pillows. Check in at any time, 24h concierge. Very nice staff. Plenty of choices for breakfast and very tasty coffee. Breakfast from 6am to 10am. Check out by 10am. Plenty of parking. And very good curtains, to make the room dark, to my liking! AC working as intended. Small fridge that was cooling well enough. And all the rest you can and should find in a 4* hotel. Got the room with very good discount in the app so, yes, good value for money.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, the location, the staff, the breakfast, the views, incredible experience from start to finish...even if it was for one night

The reception staff were absolutely excellent. We’d had a nightmare situation with our old car breaking down which then meant a lot of complicated conversations. Our language skills are limited to English but Greta and the woman on the afternoon shift kindly made the phone calls on our behalf and smoothed the path to the car being repaired. They were so very kind and professional and we appreciated them very much. The restaurant staff were charming and food delicious. Lovely spacious room and bathroom. Friendly cleaning staff.

We had an amazing stay. The view was breathtaking and the food was delicious. From the first minute we were warm welcomed and we felt like in home. Everyone was helpfull and very kind. It is also very kid friendly. Our 1.5 year old daughter had a great time. We loved it and we hope to come again in the future.

Unique experience in an ancient town. Property itself was exceptionally comfortable, the location was breathtaking and the hosts were simply wonderful. We can’t wait to return.

Outstanding little place to stay. Off the beaten track but only 15 minutes from Lake Como. Staff could not have been more helpful at every point. Absolute 10/10 stay

I and my husband went to the party. We needed the room only for a few hours after the party. So we book the accommodation for the reasonable price and we did not except a lot. But than we were very nicely surprised by the situation of the hotel, the staff friendliness and how the room were cleaned. The bed were very comfortable.

Everything was perfect. Location and breakfast were very good.

We loved everything. Early check in, large comfortable rooms with air conditioning, even tea bags and a kettle. All of the staff were fantastic and couldn't do enough for us. The workers' lunch menu was incredible value 3 courses and wine for 14 euros! Also a good continental breakfast included. Free pizza with evening drinks! Great decor in the dining area with an artistic charm to it. When our TV wouldn't work to watch England play Argentina in the world cup finals, the owner gave us a key to another room to watch it! You can't ask for better service! Location is awesome in walking distance to the ferry stop. There was even a supermarket across the road.
