Stunning hotel, with lovely and helpful staff. The reception staff could not have been more accommodating and nice. And set a lovely tone for our stay and this continued to all other departments. The guys on the bar were brilliant, chatted to us and joking. And in true Bar man style remembered us everytime we turned up.

A lovely stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotless and well-maintained. Great value for money! The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood, just a short distance from Zurich, which made it both quiet and convenient. As a bonus, breakfast was included – a very nice touch. I was truly satisfied with my stay and would definitely come back.

As the financial capital of Switzerland and headquarters of several large companies including FIFA, there’s a good chance that if you’re in Zurich you’re here on business. But that doesn’t mean this city doesn’t have a playful side.

Known for its cleanliness and fresh air, it comes as no surprise that the luxurious ski resorts of the Alps are within an easy distance of both the city and Zurich Airport, which is only a 12 minute drive from the city centre.

    We stayed in Zurich, choosing it to be our home base, for 6 nights. If I travel to Switzerland again, I will not stay in Zurich ( too expensive). Transportation is great. The town itself can be explored in 2 days.

    Fantastic.

    Fantastic. The people in Zurich seem content, happy and the country is very clean compared to Amsterdam or Rotterdam. The mountains are amazing and I definitely recommend to do the Bernina line (red train is also good to do, doesn't have to be the Bernina express). I would love to go back again. Make sure you have saved enough money for the trip. Because Zurich is very expensive compared to the Netherlands.

    One of the best cities we have visited; the experience of floating down the Limmat river is not to be missed. The old town area around the river down to the Opera House provides plenty of character and atmosphere with a mirriad of restaurant options. The ability to swim in the river is an indication of the cleanliness and purity of the alpine waters flowing off the Swiss mountains into Lake Zurich which feeds into the Limmert River. Zurich is also home to Lindt, the creators inventors of modern day chocolate, as well as many other attractions. A great city destination

    Zurich sits in a beautiful location with mountains, the lake, and the river. The boat trip around the lake showed a spectacular view of the area. The Polybahn is a 90 second funicular ride up to a great overlook of the city...a must do.

    A short stay will be just wonderful for city of Zurich to visit and wonder. Car rental is more convenient to move a round rather than public transport as the cost of public transport is expensive but the public transport condition was excellent.

    We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation. The apartment was comfortable and clean, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The location was also very convenient — close to the airport and well-connected by public transport, making it easy to reach both the city center of Zurich and the airport. The hosts were polite and easy to communicate with. We appreciated that they informed us well in advance about construction work taking place across the street during our stay, so we were prepared for some noise.
