Just about everything. Staff was excellent. Unparallel to any other. How they treat each guest. Wonderful with children. Lots of amenities. Next to Station. Located at the tip of the worlds most expensive shopping street. Kids had a great time and still mention that they want to stay in this hotel.

My visit was wonderful. Special thanks to Gerardo and Louisa for their assistance and guidance. I will definitely choose St. Gotthard when I'm back in Zurich. The rooms were spacious and very clean, the air conditioning is working perfectly. Overall it was a great experience.
