Marco is an excellent host. The location is very near to Randa train station, and is only 20mins away from Zermaat. Affordable, cosy and old vibe hotel in a lovely location.

I booked this hotel last minute not knowing that it’s the sister property for the Mirabeau Resort & Spa for which I already had a reservation :) Wish I could have linked up the two. Wonderful staff, great hospitality and beautiful place. The building where the rooms are located are behind the main hotel building so it’s quieter and more private. My dog got spoilt during our stay :) Tip: you can enter the building through the side walk using the elevator which is at the street level

I am in love with this damn hotel, the views are so nice, the hosts are also very kind. Room was cozy. The design of the room is a bit 1970s retro, but everything was immaculately clean and I like vintage aesthetics anyway.

First and foremost, the room was incredibly spacious and comfortable. But what truly took my breath away was the breathtaking view of the Matterhorn from my window. The sight of that iconic mountain in all its glory was something I will never forget. The breakfast at the hotel was beyond superb. There was an extensive spread of delicious options to choose from, the quality and freshness of the food were outstanding, and it was the perfect way to start each day of my stay. What made my stay even more special was the incredible all-female staff at the hotel (esp. Natalia). They were not only professional but also incredibly helpful and kind. T One standout feature that pleasantly surprised me was the hotel's offer of complimentary taxi service for guests staying more than two nights. This thoughtful gesture made my arrival and departure hassle-free and convenient.

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! While there was no mountain view from my room, it didn’t bother me at all. The hotel more than made up for it with amazing amenities like a free sauna, spa, pool, and even a mountain-view jacuzzi! There were also plenty of games to enjoy. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, with plenty of variety. My room was surprisingly spacious and had everything I needed. The bathroom was like a room in itself, with a large bathtub, twin basins, and even bathrobes—it felt so luxurious! It was the perfect stay, and I’d highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value in Zermatt. The stay was very friendly and made us feel ar home. Would always stay here and no where else.
