It was an amazing place and honestly exceeded my expectations! The kitchen was fully equipped, everything was very convenient, and the whole hostel was really clean. I saw the cleaning team taking care of the place every day.
There were plenty of toilets and showers, so I never had to wait. The staff were super friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist. And the view of the lake right in front of the hostel was beautiful!
I would definitely recommend staying here!

An amazing city with perfect connections and beautiful scenery!We absolutely loved our stay in Lucerne. The Old Town is charming, and the entire city feels incredibly clean and safe. One of the best parts is the water - there are beautiful rivers and the lake right there, and we highly recommend taking the boat trips. Lucerne is also the perfect base for travel. It has excellent train connections to both Zurich and Lausanne, and it is very easy to get to the nearby mountains for day trips. We highly recommend visiting!

Beautiful visit to the old town where we spent time exploring various traditional swiss and european restaurants, shopping and of course, vacation chocolate and ice cream! Accessed Pilatus and the Swiss Museum of Transport easily from the location via the public transportation system.

Walking around the town, especially along the river and the lake. It's a beautiful town. The people are friendly and helpful.
Please be aware of how expensive Switzerland is. Dining out is expensive.

Lucerne has excellent bus service from the train station.
Lucerne has excellent bus service from the train station. We took the Legends of Lake Lucerne steam boat tour with lunch. It was fantastic for a special occasion. We also had excellent sushi at the Sushi Momo Palace, on the same bus route.

Breakfast is delicious, varied and you could not ask for more. Quality the whole way and service very attentive and professional. One of the best hotel breakfasts for many years. The only thing at this hotel that might be better than the breakfast is the dinner. It is a gourmet restaurant with good sense of local supply, it surprises you by serving excellent fish thousands of kilometers from an ocean. Highly recommended and for being in Switzerland prices are modest for this level of cooking

I had never stayed in a capsule hotel before and was thoroughly impressed by this one in Lucerne. It all felt very safe, with locks on all the doors and the capsule pods themselves. All the staff were really helpful and friendly. The bathrooms were lovely and very clean. The capsules themselves were very spacious and clean and I had a fantastic nights sleep! There’s also lots of lockers which are very secure and you just need to bring a padlock or can buy one there

The Young Backpackers Hotel in Lucerne is a true oasis of peace with a magnificent view. Everything is ultra modern, extremely clean, and incredibly pleasant. I really appreciated the discipline and the perfect organization, alongside a warm and personalized welcome. The sauna is a fantastic bonus and the atmosphere is wonderful for making great connections. I highly recommend this beautiful place.

We loved the superior room with balcony, it felt like stepping into a fairytale castle, the decor was very aesthetic and the view over Lucerne with the mountain backdrop was unbeatable! I recommend this hotel!
