Hotels near Lucerne Station, Luzern

Cute place just across the train station and not far from main attractions

Excellent location and super clean & modern

Great location, clean and comfortable room.

Room cooling was nice, not A/C but still really nice. Ice machine was handy in heat wave on 1st floor. Room was very spacious, shower was excellent. Counter in bathroom was huge. Bed was nice king-size. Had balcony to walk out on.

I loved the food at the restaurant and the location. The room was small but very cozy and I could tell care had been placed in designing the room. It was modern, very clean and such a great respite from travelling all day. Location was close to the train station so I was able to walk. The bed was comfortable and the staff were delightful. I’m very glad I stayed here and hope to return

Great experience, friendly staff and a beautiful room with a brilliant view. Would love to repeat again.

Rooms were superb and nothing was too much trouble. (Eg I wanted single duvets instead of one large one and these were immediately provided). The staff were welcoming and helpful. Also the restaurant was very good and had a lovely ambiance. The Christmas decorations were tasteful and added to the warmth of the hotel.

The price is on the higher side, but it reflects the quality of the service provided. The rooms are beautiful, elegant, and very clean, creating a comfortable and refined atmosphere. The complimentary minibar is a great touch, and guests are also provided with a reusable glass water bottle, which is a thoughtful and sustainable detail. Definitely a place worth returning to.

Lift to the top floor. Fan to cool down the room.

The location is great, check in process super easy and smooth, the room is spacious, luminous, modern and lovely, the building is quiet and we couldn't enjoy more our stay in Luzern. Super recommended, we will definitely love to go back

Location was great, 10 mins walk to the train station and ferry port. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also has an elevator and a luggage room, so we were able to leave our bags and make the most of our last hours.

Good location and clean room with air conditioner.

The hotel is in an exceptionally convenient location, within walking distance to the Christmas Market at the Balestor area and the beautiful Old Town of Lucerne. This made sightseeing and evening strolls extremely enjoyable. The reception staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, providing a wonderful place to rest after a long day of exploring. Overall, we truly loved our stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Lucerne. We would definitely return again!

The hotel is so excellent, clean room, large sized ensuit bathroom, good breakfast and conventient public transportation to the downtown area and main train station.

Easy connection to train station, room is spacious enough for the price

Great location. The rooms were very spacious and well furnished. It's just in front of the old town.

BEST LOCATION, You can walk from train station to Monopol Hotel and check in at lobby. Monopol and Alpina use the reception counter together.

The hotel is charming and intimate, in an excellent and convenient location — just one block from the train station. We requested a quiet room facing the back courtyard, and it was indeed peaceful, pleasant, and clean. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and responsive to our special requests. The dining area features a coffee station available all day for hotel guests, which was a lovely touch. Overall, great value for the price. Highly recommended.

Design and location were amazing.

Everything was excelent! The view, the room, the staff, the location, the food at the pub!

The location was close to multiple bakeries. I did not eat the hotel breakfast as I planned to eat early in the morning at the bakeries instead. Great location for that.

Clean room, good location, comfy bed, kind staff.

The staff were friendly and very welcoming upon our arrival. We were upgraded to the Krone Hotel which was great because we were exhausted when we finally arrived at the check-in desk. The location was excellent and it was very easy to walk around Lucerne.
