The location was just stunning 😍 set between the mountains and the blue waters,the hotel sure makes for one serene setting. The hotel staff was incredibly helpful, welcoming, and well-mannered, special mention for Alex who made us feel special by going above and beyond to make our stay special. The wellness area and the surrounding area are amazing for relaxing, hiking, or just lazying around under the sun. We highly highly recommend the stay, especially for couples. We would love to go back sometime!

Very welcoming and helpful staff. I would especially like to mention the following hotel employees: Lawrence, Julietta, Fabio, Bogdan and Adi. Magnificent view from the room to the lake. The room is comfortable. An unforgettable magic experience of visiting a Japanese restaurant Minamo with a chef Yutaka Kobayashi. Every dish was like a piece of art. I stayed one night but wished I’d stayed longer. The hotel is easy and straightforward to find and not far from the train station. I travelled alone and felt very safe, also in the evening when I returned. The room was beautiful with a balcony and lovely view. Silvia was so welcoming, helpful and cheerful. I had a good nights sleep and didn’t hear any noise. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. I so enjoyed the buffet breakfast , there was plenty of food to choose from . Luzern is a beautiful place to visit.

The hotel is absolutely stunning, the views from the city are beautiful during day and night. It was a great experience. The room was very spacious and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. Also, breakfast buffet was delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and kind, and the access to the hotel was very easy. Location is close to all central areas by foot, but the hotel also offered a card for public transportations. Will definitely recommend it and hope we can come back someday!

The hotel is lovely and in an amazing location. The lake boats stop is just next to the hotel and the train up to Mount Rigi is less than a minutes walk away. The staff were very helpful both in the hotel and at the tourist office next to the train stop. The views over the lake are stunning. The hotel provide a visitor pass for your stay, which includes free transport around Lake Lucene.

We used Weggis as a base to travel to the attractions each day. It served us well for transport and we loved the ferry trips on the lake. Our Hotel Beau Rivage was lovely. Room a great size with comfortable bed, storage space, and relaxation area. Good sized balcony to enjoy the view from. We ate both in the hotel restaurant and a local italian restaurant, which was wonderful.

Ok so, Weggis is a beautiful little village but that is also it's problem, it's a little village. Activities were limited and so were the restaurants. I would recommended staying there as a "base" but then exploring the surrounding attractions.

If you are umming and ahhing about going, just go. I've seen a review saying it was crowded, but October 2023 it was not, it was very quiet so if you want a bustling vibe it's not for you! I think in summer it may be more of a popular spot.

What a great city.

What a great city. We enjoyed every minute ( there for 5 days ). We used it as a base and took day trips to other areas in Switzerland. We were there in mid November and it wasn't crowded. The weather was really good, only one overcast day but it didn't stop us from enjoying everything we wanted to do. Highly recommend Mount Rigi...breathtakingly beautiful. We found the tourist information office at the train station to be very helpful. We told them what we wanted to do and they helped us plan and purchase the right train travel pass. Everywhere we went we found someone who spoke English which made it much easier. My wife said Lucerne was her new favorite city. Highly recommend you go...I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Booked room with a mountain view.

Booked room with a mountain view. However, on reaching the property, upgraded to Lake view at a cost of CHF 20 per day. Room had amazing view of Lake and hills. Property is located in Weggis and is easily accessible from Boat and bus ( Frequency of 30mins to 60mins). Town is very peaceful and one can enjoy beautiful walk around the lake. Property has fitness centre, spa and swimming pool which are maintained properly. Had an amazing experience staying at this property.
