Spotless housekeeping! The staff was very friendly and went above and beyond to help me find a charger and adapter for my phone. She was polite and incredibly helpful. I wanted to thank her personally, but unfortunately, I couldn’t find her.

Very well located and easy to reach by foot, you will pass by the famous bridge if you walk from the train station. The hostel is surprisingly well decorated and the lady dorm is very big and clean, bathroom and showers are super clean as well and looks very modern. The building is quite interesting since it was a former prison!

Excellent location. Few steps away from the bus station. The hotel gave us a pass to use to get downtown. Gorgeous city. People were super friendly!

We've had a lovely stay. "Fantastic Apartments with Stunning room and great view. We've also loved the hotel's location, very close to migros and bus station. The amenities, including the kitchen, laundry, and free basel card, were top-notch. Would definitely stay again and highly recommended.

Super clean and Good location. Close to central train station but very quiet in the evening. 3mins walking to the lion monument. This hotel room is very clean and big enough. Highly recommend!

Thank you to the man at the reception who offered me a cup of tea and gave me some honey for little illness in the night. Everything was just fine, the view over the city and lake is awesome.

The Staff was very kind and helpful . The owner speak whit me in Italian because I didn’t know German , he gave me a discount , he told me everything that I was supposed to know , and I got a delicious breakfast. 10 out of 10, highly recommended

Absolutely stunning views, great location near Kriens (where gondolas and cable car to Pilatus leave from), comfortable rooms with lovely views and balcony with chairs and table, free minigolf and playground, free fruit for guests, ample free parking and 2 x 22KW chargers for electric cars. Last but not least, a fabulous and v reasonable Michelin quality fine dining menu in the restaurant (with wine from a vineyard we could see from the terrasse). Would highly recommend for anyone visiting the Luzern region
