For the price the hotel was very good. All the facilities were very clean. The pods were quite spacious. The staff were very helpful and kind.

Modern and clean hotel. Very good breakfast. Great value for money. Many thanks to Ms. Milena from the restaurant staff.

Great location, great breakfast

It was right in the middle of town. Cute and clean. The best part was the staff. They were so friendly, helpful and kind. Really felt welcoming!

Very accessible and clean. Staff very approachable.

Love our room! Clean & comfortable! Breakfast spread is good enough for us. Location is very strategic. Just few mins walk from train station & the Chapel Bridge!

It was my second time at the Hotel des Balances, and it was even better than the first!

Everything was excellent, the lication, the facilities, the friendly staff, cleanliness, foid, and the scenery. Can't wish for more.

Wonderful hospitality. The environment was clean and welcoming, making my stay enjoyable.

Rally good price for what you get 🙂

it‘s the hight performance-price ratio hotel in my swiss jourly

This hotel is truly exceptional. The staff are honestly some of the friendliest and best I've ever encountered, genuinely warm and attentive from start to finish. Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, but it was the views that truly stole the show. Oh, those views... breathtaking! Absolutely every single thing about our stay was outstanding. The restaurant's menu is on the smaller side; however, what they do serve is absolutely delicious. And seriously... leave room for dessert! We will definitely be back next year.

Easy to get to by car and with plenty of inexpensive parking. Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms. Electric kettle and mini fridge in the room. And as hotel guests, you get free use of buses to Luzern Altstadt

Easy access with self check-in.

Everything! The location was amazing and the views from the balcony as well. Very convenient with the bus stop right outside to go to city center, and the bus was for free with the visitor pass. Liked the little extras like lemonwater and fresh fruits. If we where to come to Luzern again we would definitely stay here again.

Location is amazing. Host very helpful. Nice modern decoration.

Location. It's only 550 meters from the central railway station, making it very convenient for guests arriving with large luggage. The mini bar is "all free" except for any alcohol in it. Greeting and giving away chocolates.

Great location in Old Town right near the water. 2 minutes walk to Chapel Bridge and all the waterfront areas. Easy 10 minute walk to the main bus station to get the bus to Mt Pilatus and the train stations there also. Staff were wonderful and the room was nice, neat, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location, very comfortable, the staff were very friendly and efficient, and the breakfast was very good.

Staff went out of their way to give you a pleasant experience and feel taken care off.

Nice location, big room with fan

Everything. The host, the beds the stay overall were perfect.

It is a really nice hotel in an amazing place. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast had lots of fresh choices due to work I had to skip the Prosecco with the breakfast. I definitely stay at this hotel next time I need to be in Luzern
