Great spot and friendly staff. Great promotion of a free drink if you opt out of a room clean. Rooftop is lovely and rooms are very comfortable.

5 min or less by walking from the railway station! You can see the peak of Matterhorn from the room!

Its an amazing hotel, has everithing that the couples and travelers wanted and go beyond the expectations. Congrats to the hotel service team.

The location and views of Matterhorn from the room are spectacular. The picutes I posted were from the room. One of them were literally from the bed while lying down.

The size, comfort and restaurant

Very clean, the place was away from the village so it was quiet at night and the Matterhorn can be seen from the property. The lockers were big enough to store things and I like how you only need one key to access everything that you need. The staff was always very helpful as well.

I liked the cozy flat, the large terrace and the very oncoming stuff.

Excellent breakfast. A good sized room- had plenty of room for gear and to move around.

The apartment is located in the city center, 7 min from the rail station. Very comfortable, warm, and cozy. Next to the rail station are the train to the Gornergrad and bus stop. Migros and Coop supermarkets are nearby as well.

Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Big bathroom with all necessary things. Two single beds "acted" as a matrimonial bed. Very comfortable mattresses and warm quilts. Large radiator over the entire wall and heating throughout the night. Low temperatures of minus 16 degrees were not felt due to heating. Safe box in the closet. Nice shared balcony. The staff added us an extra bed for a child. The staff is a special story, very kind and polite (staff at the reception, in the restaurant, cleaners...). The hotel owner and managers can be proud of them. Very good breakfast with a lot of choises. Next to the hotel is the Intersport shop where you can rent winter sports equipment with a 10 percent discount based on your stay in this hotel. The position of the hotel is excellent, a 5-minute walk from the railway and Gornergrat stations, 10-minute walk from Sunnegga station. Coop and Migros supermarket just a few minute from the hotel. All in all, a beautiful experience.

The property was so centrally located to the train, shops and ski lifts. It was very comfortable, spacious, and very well equipped.
