Staff were so friendly and happy to answer to all our questions...and more ...advising us with things we can do ...Location was no.1 !! next to the train station

The hotel is excellent, with an alpine charm. It's modern and cosy, the breakfast is excellent and the SPA is marvellous for relaxing after a day skiing. Our room (familiar with extra room) had a large balcony with a beautiful view of the Matterhorn. The location is very convenient with with train and bus stop a five to ten minute walk away and also restaurants and shops, including a supermarket. The staff is very friendly and available. I would definitely stay there again!

Centrally located with a great view of the Matterhorn from the dining area. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Quaint room with coffee maker, tea and fridge available. The continental breakfast was excellent and was included in our room price.

Everything was great. I can highly recommend this place. The location was great, the staff were amazing and very friendly, the food was really good. I would definitely book this hotel again when we visit Zermatt next time.

The hotel staff were exceptionally hospitable, warm and friendly. The room was extremely pristine, clean and comfortable, and has a rustic Swiss cottage charm to it.

Nice and comfortable hotel with a great location (10 min walk from the train station), lovely touches everywhere, the place with a family business history and at the same time really modern. Really nice administrators can help you with everything and advise what things the best to do in different weather conditions. We also liked the breakfast. SPA is a great bonus. At the end of our stay hotel taxi drove us to the train station. Definitely recommend this place :)

Excellent accommodation. The hotel is a 15-minute walk from the train station. It is located on a small hill. I must mention here that don't listen to google maps for the location - it will take you above the hotel. The host mentioned this in a message that I unfortunately didn't see, so I had an unplanned hike with all the luggage. The keys were waiting for us at the reception. I have to commend that they allowed us a very early check-in without any questions. For the last day, they offered us free luggage storage after leaving the accommodation. The apartment in which we stayed (number 11) is excellently designed. A small but extremely functional kitchen. Good sized living room. Terrace with a view of the Matterhorn. Bedroom and bathroom. In the living room, there is an additional double bed built into the wall, which is very comfortable. All in all, the best accommodation we had in Switzerland and one of the best accommodation I have ever had. All recommendations!

The property was well appointed so that we could cook independently, had good hooks and extras. When we couldn't work some things and particularly when our phone charger wouldn't work Rui helped us and sorted everything... excellent service. The breakfast was really good. The location was very close to the station and central to town.

The location is good. I can see Matterhorn from the bed in the bedroom.

Excellent view of the Matterhorn from the living / dining / kitchen area. Fabulous location. Adequate space in the apartment. Kitchen well set up. As recommended by hosts, we hired our skis / boots at the base of Furi gondola and left our skis and boots in lockers there at the end of each day. Walked to and from the gondola in our walking boots - six minute walk with beautiful views along the river.

The property was so centrally located to the train, shops and ski lifts. It was very comfortable, spacious, and very well equipped.

We could see the Matterhorn from our room! It looked like most rooms has the view of the Matterhorn. The room was tidy and spacious.

Everything is perfect. The room was very beautiful, they also have a good facilitys on the SPA inside and a cozy swimming pool outside. We enjoyed so much!
