Has everything you need for a short stay,

Everything was perfect! Such a lovely hotel wirh friendly staff and the best location!! Breakfast was also beautiful and the view was stunning!! There was nothing bad about this hotel! We will definatly come back!

The room was bigger than normal. Quiet area. Train station about a 200 meters and bus stop 100m from hotel takes takes you to Luzern Central Station. There is also a Migros Supermarket, Macdonalds and a Subways close to the Hotel. Breakfast were good with wide variety. The instant flapjacks machine was a hit!

Clean, simple, modern. Exceptional location, close to the train station and everything you’d need around you. Very satisfied with my stay here

The location is great. Though around 15 minutes walk to the train station, it’s really close to the lake. And nearby is very quiet. The both staffs I met are very friendly and nice. When I checked-in, a girl behind me was cutting into the conversation and getting into the reception area, the staff reminded her to watch her behavior. That’s really nice of him. And the facilities are fully prepared. You could get everything you need there. Hope I could come back soon and stay longer next time.

It is a Capsule hotel which is unique and modern concept with full security using the modern technology. There are minimal manual intervention required to run this hotel which makes it cheaper for customers. Additionally, location is superb where all most tourist spots are nearby, main Bus and Railway Stations are nearby.

Excellent value for money. Even though the bathroom is shared and located in the hallway, it’s right nearby. Everything is very comfortable, beautiful, and convenient. The bedding was super fresh, and I slept wonderfully. The staff is friendly, and the location is absolutely perfect.

Perfect location. 10 mins walk to station, lake just 3-4 mins, shopping area just back side. I just wanted to store my luggage as arrived very early at Lucerene. But they were so nice and kind that they gave me room 5 hours before actual check in time. It was very clean and explained me very well everything like how they want there apartment back from me. Clean kitchen. Spacious room for two adult and 1-2 kids. Good internet. Quiet neighborhood during my stay. We were very delighted by there service and apartment. Price was really good compared to other. I recomend this.

Central location close to train station, all shops and restaurants and just 2 minutes walk from Lake Lucerne and Chapel Bridge. Apartment is light and well equipped with all you need for an enjoyable stay. Beds super comfy.

Central location with close access to parking lots (10 min walking). Beautiful and spacious rooms. Very good breakfast. Excellent experience with the staff. We were very lucky to get a free room upgrade.
