Family-run for 150 years, the Boutique Hotel Balm is located in a green suburb of Lucerne and features a gourmet restaurant with fish and other specialities and offers free WiFi in all rooms. The hotel also offers a seasonal outdoor swimming pool. This hotel was the beginning of our amazing holiday in Switzerland. We appreciated the room with extra space. The bed was comfortable, the room was very cozy and warm. The hospitality of the staff was definitely very professional - everyone was kind and ready to help. The bus station is in front of the hotel. The city center is 10 mins away by bus. Lovely stay and delicious breakfast! The parking also very much appreciated.
