Location: Nestled in the heart of Swiss countryside, this is perfect if you want to avoid the cities and major towns. Property: The place is beautiful, intentionally decorated and perfect to relax with many common areas both inside and outside - there are events that happen here too. Even the bathrooms had a little bird song to make it feel like you are in nature. Breakfast: Healthy and fresh with two options to choose from - great start to the day. Kitchen: There is a kitchen you can use to prepare your own meals etc. Hosting: Monika is an amazing host and person - we arrived late and she made sure everything was well prepared and communicated, and was there throughout for any help needed. Organic: The honey at breakfast was from their own farm, which was amazing. We will return again whenever possible!

Nisihof is an oasis of calm. We are a family of four (our daughters are 6 and 3 years old), and after a long day in the car, arriving at Nisihof immediately gave us a relaxed feeling. The surroundings, the lounge area, the ambiance — everything invites you to unwind. The room was very cozy with comfortable beds, and although the bathroom is shared, it was exceptionally clean. After putting the kids to bed, we could enjoy some drinks and snacks from the bar. Definitely a place we recommend — whether you’re on your way to your final destination or just looking for a few days of relaxation.

Breakfast was amazing, the different choices of what can have for breakfast and I loved the view from the kitchen through the window, Beautiful view of Sempachsee. The owner, the Lady was very friendly and nice. I had a very lovely talking with her.

The quiet location and the horses, so gentle and loved having a nose stroke, very comfortable bed and the host was very nice and helpful

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our family trip to Switzerland. We stayed in the Family Room on the ground floor, and it was perfect for our family of five. The room was spacious for a Malaysian family, clean, and thoughtfully designed. Our children especially loved the upstairs sleeping area, which gave them their own cozy space and made the stay feel extra special. The amenities provided were more than sufficient for our needs, and everything was well maintained. One feature we particularly enjoyed was the side door leading directly outside, where there was a comfortable bench and seating area. It was incredibly relaxing to sit there in the evening, enjoy the peaceful surroundings, and watch local children playing at the nearby playground. It gave us a pleasant glimpse of everyday Swiss family life. Breakfast was another highlight of our stay. The selection was fresh, varied, and more than enough to satisfy our appetite before a day of sightseeing. The quality of the food and the welcoming atmosphere made each morning enjoyable. Overall, this hotel provided comfort, convenience, and a family-friendly environment that exceeded our expectations. We would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting the Sursee area.

Great stay. Rooms really nice and clean. Reception was very helpfull with everything and very welcoming. In general all employees of this hotel were great to deal with and very nice.

We really enjoyed the private spa stay in Sursee, It was truly a wonderful Experience. Future guests do check this place out. First its location is a bit odd, as it is situated in an industrial area, in an office building complex where there are other businesses. But once you enter the spa side of the building, you do enter a lovely space and you do quickly forget that you’re in an office complex. You get a lovely big whirlpool jacuzzi, a sauna, and an open walk-in shower. There is a fridge filled with drinks and snacks “not included in on the cost, which would have been nice, but still with the supplied price list, the costs are acceptable. There is a Bluetooth speaker, a tv, and two air conditioners. One for tempature and the other for humidity. We did not use the Bluetooth speaker or the TV, so we can’t comment on that. You get 4 towels and 2 bath robes. And for all you smokers out there, there is a seperated smoking room. Just around the corner from the building where the room is located is a truly fantastic restaurant called Barrage, great food, awesome atmosphere, lovely dinner spot, 2 min drive, or a short walk. We also did not opt to have food service, so no breakfast or dinner. Mainly because we wanted to go out for dinner, and you need to leave at 10am in the morning sharp!, which for us, as parents of many kids, never getting the opportunity to sleep late, meant we slept as late as we could, and if we were to have breakfast, we would have needed a later check out time, and so we opted to sleep late, leave at 10 have a late breakfast elsewhere. This place does come recommended, our stay was fantastic, the Jacuzzi, so nice. If your goal is to relax, this is a great place to do it. Quiet, peaceful, Private, you get your own space to just chill out, and that is exactly what we got, it was really wonderful, I enjoyed every second of it, and do highly recommend this place.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Nisihof! Peter made us feel at home from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. You can tell that his heart and soul is in Nisihof, as well as everyone else’s involved. The bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, corridors etc. were all very clean and everything is thoughtfully arranged and put together. The atmosphere is great, too, very relaxed, with the possibility to spend some quiet time there as well as chat to the other guests. And there’s so much space, which we appreciated hugely with an 18 month old who loves exploring the environment. We had some lovely moments jumping on the trampoline, chilling on the swing … A great place for children and adults alike. We had dinner and breakfast there, both were carefully prepared for us and very tasty. We were sad we couldn’t stay longer but will definitely be back. Very happy to have discovered this gem!

Breakfast was very tasty, with lost of local produce like honey and jam. A very quiet room, and yet not far from the town of Sursee itself. I got plenty of sleep.
