I honestly could not recommend this place enough. Everything I needed was provided for. There was an Asian based restaurant and a private bay for you to jump into Lake Lucerne. The breakfast was expected by European standards. The bathroom may be a little outdated in style but everything looks so clean and brand new. It is very well kept. I had the fluffiest towels ever. The shower was super hot and consistent. And my room on the top floor was large. There was no elevator so you do need to carry your luggage upstairs. But the room with those views. The pictures I took don't do it justice. But the highlight was the staff. They treated you like family. I honestly did not want to leave.

Very nice typical small hotel "alpine style" close to the Lake of 4 Cantons". Owners very nice and acconìmodating. Great breakfast! Free parking in front of the structure. I enjoyed my stay a lot!

Location is amazing, Food is great, Room is sooo big and comfy, Evererything is great really and perfectly matched and exceeded our expectations!

I liked the view from our room, the cleanliness and the accommodating staff.

The room on first floor was upgraded and had a beautiful veranda, living room and view.

The look & feel of the chalet, as well as the support of the host, made us feel at home. The location was close to everything: the lake, restaurants, the Rigi Bahn, and the private spa. Our stay was excellent!

Breath taking location, view, utmost friendly staff, great breakfast

The hotel exceeded our expectation. It was very clean, the breakfast was delicious with a variety of freshly baked products and fresh fruit. The room was lovely and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We had the Swiss fondue at the restaurant and that was the best fondue we ever had!

The staff are friendly and attentive.

Amazing location and feel good athmosphere

The views over Lake Lucerne and the mountains are wonderful. It is close to the ferry terminal for easy access by boat to Lucerne.

I love the hotel it my second trip I feel I’m in heaven such amazing view amazing place you feel relax and quite the team in reception and hotel very kind and polite
