Property location is only 50m to Zermatt station. Hotel provided shuttle service to pick-up luggage. Very courteous and helpful staff who assisted in everything. Breakfast and evening tea was available and included in our package.

All rooms have a balcony, seating area with cable TV and a private bathroom. Some have unobstructed views of Winkelmatten. Several have views of Mount Matterhorn. All are rustically furnished. Several have a wood-paneled ceiling and solid wood ceiling beams. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The rooms were bigger than usual. Bus stop close to the hotel. There is also a nice restaurant 100 meters away from the hotel. We could also leave our luggage at the hotel as we were to early to book in.

Offering stylishly furnished rooms with balconies and coffee machines and free Wi-Fi, the Testa Grigia hotel has been completely renovated in 2010. It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Beautiful hotel. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Big bathroom with all necessary things. Two single beds "acted" as a matrimonial bed. Very comfortable mattresses and warm quilts. Large radiator over the entire wall and heating throughout the night. Low temperatures of minus 16 degrees were not felt due to heating. Safe box in the closet. Nice shared balcony. The staff added us an extra bed for a child. The staff is a special story, very kind and polite (staff at the reception, in the restaurant, cleaners...). The hotel owner and managers can be proud of them. Very good breakfast with a lot of choises. Next to the hotel is the Intersport shop where you can rent winter sports equipment with a 10 percent discount based on your stay in this hotel. The position of the hotel is excellent, a 5-minute walk from the railway and Gornergrat stations, 10-minute walk from Sunnegga station. Coop and Migros supermarket just a few minute from the hotel. All in all, a beautiful experience.

Hotel Jägerhof enjoys a quiet location close to the centre of Zermatt, a 5-minute walk from the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It has a gym and offers free WiFi.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. The small electric shuttle to take you to hotel is so cute. The young male receptionist was so polite & attentive (gave me water as I was working in the lounge area. The room I chose was small, but didn't feel small at all. It had everything I needed. Bathrooms on main floor are extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic/ ALTHOUGH, there was no decaf coffee option :( . If I was returning to Zermatt, I would definitely return to Jägerhof!

The ARCA Solebad Wellness & Spa in Zermatt is located near the centre, the station, the Gornergrat train and the Sunnegga-Rothorn train and features up-to date wellness facilities including an indoor brine pool.

Wireless internet is available free of charge in the entire hotel residence. Room was spacious & clean. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was superb. Washing machine and drier (Self-help with reasonable cost) were readily available. Location was very good. Highly Recommeneded.

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property.

The rooms were renovated in 2017 and feature a TV with cable channels, a telephone, a radio, a minibar and a safe. The bathrooms are equipped with a hairdryer, free toiletries and bathrobes. Every detail was taken care off - including refreshments, s backpack available in every room. Very good location, tastefully arranged rooms and common spaces, excellent breakfast, very nice employees.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The view was absolutely stunning. I even did a reel with it " This is my view today.. How was yours" And I strongly believe the room was upgraded. Reserved a double classic room but got a double panorama room instead! Insanely beautiful panorama view I have to say! The breakfast comes with many choices. We definitely kickstart the days with happy tummy from the yummy breakfast! The Room Janitor did an excellent job in tidying up the room meticulously, arranging our all over the place open luggage so that we can more spacious walk areas and even changed our wet slipper and gave us a new pair! The outdoor and indoor pool was enjoyable especially when it was a rainy day with bad weather and low visibility to go up the mountain and the jacuzzi was so so so relaxing! Awesome! High recommended to all! Definitely booking again next time!

The family-run Bristol hotel is situated in a central yet quiet location in Zermatt, between the train station and the Klein Matterhorn cable car. It offers a spa area and free WiFi in all areas.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. Beautiful hotel, very comfortable ski room, showers by the ski room which were very convenient for those who decided to ski after checking out. Stuff amazing, breakfast fabulous! Very beautiful decorated for Christmas.

Centrally located in Zermatt, 300 metres from the train station, Hotel Walliserhof Zermatt is built in typical Valais chalet style and offers a spa area with sauna and a hot tub. Free WiFi is available in all areas. Very central easy walk from the train. The hotel is cozy decor and the staff were super welcoming . The restaurant was DELICIOUS for dinner as was breakfast

The rooms in the accommodation are equipped with a flat-screen TV and a hairdryer. Everything was perfect. The room was clean, comfortable. The staff are welcoming and kind. I highly recommend this peaceful place for a little journey.
