You can see the Matterhorn from the breakfast area! The room was very clean and spacious.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. This hotel exceeded our expectations. Cleaning is done daily, rooms are modern and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. There is also a dedicated ski room that warms your boots and that is just great.

All the staff are very helpful and friendly. The staff speaks several languages. The view from our balcony to the north was enchanting. Mountains, goats, helicopters, paragliders, and sunrises. Quiet. No noise. Nothing disturbed our sleep. Excellent breakfast. Brilliant cheese list. Indeed, not every five-star hotel will have such quality breakfasts. Amazing heated pool, various saunas, hydromassage. Spacious, comfortable room. Cleaning every day. It is really useful to have a full mini kitchen where you can have a snack in the evening before going to bed. Central location. The hotel is a short walk from the train station, supermarket and other transport links to visit all the beauties of the resort. We were enchanted. Thank you to all the staff of Arca Solebad and Spa. This is the best place in Zermatt.

Amazing staff, very very nice experience, very clean rooms, very nice spa area, shuttle for the train station is exceptional. 1000% would come back.

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Chic hotel with an excellent selection for breakfast. Stayed only for one night as we were travelling around quite a bit but would definitely stay again!
