Several have a wood-paneled ceiling and solid wood ceiling beams. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. The front desk were very accommodating with any enquiry, especially Maria who checked us in. They upgraded us to an even better room than we had booked and it had the most breathtaking views, which made our stay much more magical. Breakfast in the morning was a huge plus. It was a little further of a walk to get to the main town area, however the views along the way never got old for us so we didn’t mind at all. Would absolutely stay again.

It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. Excellent location. Very clean. Spacious room and bathroom. Very good breakfast.

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. It was in a quiet area pretty close to everything. The breakfast was amazing, the staff was very nice and welcoming. Everything was impeccable. The beds were very confortable. I would come back whit out hesitation. Great place.

The bed was so comfortable that I didn't want to get up! The staff was very friendly and attentive and the breakfast was delicious and varied. Thank you for the birthday chocolates too!
