Staff was very helpful and our room had a great view on the mountains! Breakfast had a great variety of choices

The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. The Breakfast is good . The view from my Balcony is Fantastic.

The room amenities, the breakfast and the staff were all amazing. We were treated to a room upgrade which was a nice surprise. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . The family room was spacious and offered a great view. The room was fully equipped with all necessary amenities. We especially enjoyed the game room, spa, and sauna facilities, which were absolutely amazing. The breakfast service was also excellent. Overall, we had a wonderful stay here.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. Best place I’ve ever been in my life!!! Excellent attention, best view on Zermatt , centric, a place to dream of. If I have the opportunity will definitely return!!!
