The rooms have a flat-screen TV with many international channels. The Matterhorn can be seen from some of the rooms. everything is very OK. The hotel was upgrade family suite . There is three rooms (6 beds) so big . sofa , Kitchen, table set for dinner and can see the Mettenrhorn from the living room. so good , there is a free shuutle servive for pick up/off at Zermatt station.

Wireless internet is available free of charge in the entire hotel residence. Good location. 4-5mins walk from station. And it's great they arrange the delivery to station when we check-out! Nice and warm two bedroom unit. And my husband really enjoyed the spa especially after skiing. Nice breakfast! They have a laundry room provide washer and dryer which we can use for free. It's very convenient.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. The staff were so friendly and kind! The whole hotel was so cozy, the spa was amazing! Our room was excellent with a super comfortable bed. The breakfast was wonderful, they provide so many options. Will be staying here again if in zermatt again
