I could see the Matterhorn from my room window. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is delicious. Especially the pastries and bread. The taste is unbeatable. I am completely satisfied. I highly recommend this hotel.

It is only a 5-minute walk from Zermatt Train Station and Sunnegga Express funicular. This is the second time we have stayed here. Good spacious rooms, friendly staff and good continental breakfast.

Cleaning is done daily, rooms are modern and spacious, and the breakfast is delicious. There is also a dedicated ski room that warms your boots and that is just great.

Situated close to the ski lifts in Zermatt, Alpen Resort & Spa features a restaurant, and spacious rooms with cable TV. WiFi in the entire building and transport from Zermatt Train Station from 07:00 o'clock to 21:00 o'clock are both offered for free. There is also an outdoor tennis court on site . view was on the Matterhorn. The spa is good. The room is clean and comfortable.

Most rooms in the Hotel Bristol offer superb views of the Matterhorn. all okay- I appreciated the cleaning , the large single room on the 4th floor; had balcony with view over the village , minibar, electric kettle ; sauna is also a nice place; breakfast was good except the scrambled eggs; they let me store the luggage while skiing another day ; the stuff is very responsive and nice.
