Great location, very good value. Close to the bus station, groceries and restaurants. Very clean, easy check in. Has a laundry room for guests.

Great location. Easy to find. We were upgraded to a room in the main hotel. Staff were very responsive and proactive. Restaurant was great - Spanish tapas and pizza were great for us. Very flexible about us needing early departure - packed lunch provided. We were walking Tour Monte Rosa.

Amazing hotel, service, location and breakfast. We loved everything and they take care of small details like a complimentary coffee break with cake after skiing every afternoon. Breakfast is also delicious and the spa facilities are great. The transport to the slopes on the electric car every day is great and the guy is super friendly

The capra is a very cosy and welcoming hotel, the bar has a stunning view on the mountains and their spa is a gem. All of the staff is very professional and very nice.

The apartment was five star, recently redecorated and nothing missing during our stay. 5-10 minutes walk to the City's car park, supermarket, bus station, and cable car. Saas-Fee is peaceful destitation (never met crowd or queue) in the summer for hiking and skiing (yes skiing in summer above 3500 meter!). The local taxes includes unlimited Postbus and cable car usage in Saastal. Marmots everywhere on the hills :)

The generous volumes and high-quality finishes make the apartment feel both luxurious and extremely comfortable, offering excellent value for such a refined alpine retreat. The location is simply outstanding: right in the heart of the village, with a bus stop directly in front of the building providing easy access to the ski slopes. A main supermarket is just a few steps away, and having a local cheesemonger right next door adds a charming and authentic touch — enjoying freshly made cheese for a fondue after a day on the slopes was a true highlight. The private hammam is an absolute luxury and feels priceless after a full day of skiing!

Excellent location and very comfortable for a family

Very central, ski bus stopping almost at the door to go to/from the gondolas. Each room has its own shower/toilet. Owner very helpful, smooth communication.
