Great location. easy pre check in. Arrived earlier than check in time and (early in the season ) we were able to deposit our bags and use of the room . Later in the busy ski season might not be possible. ( not sure )
Staffs are genuinely caring and making you feel welcomed. Rooms are spacious and cozy. View to nature and Saas Fee. Easy reach to restaurants and walking paths. Coffee and tea facilities in the room . Breakfast is self served and enough, coffee is delicious Missed the indoor slippers but otherwise room and bathroom are fully equipped . Would stay again.

Where to start? The place is a little island of peace and quietness in the middle of a forrest. At the same time, it is extremely close to the village (15 minutes walking distance). In addition, there is a private transport service organised by the hotel, which was extremely convenient for skiing.
The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and professional. They go the extra mile to make your stay nothing less than perfect, and do so while creating a very personal atmosphere.
There is a restaurant in the hotel, which offers a very good selection of local and European dishes, and the wine selection is exquisite.
Even though the rating of the WiFi on this website is a bit lower, the hotel fixed this convincingly by providing you with a wifi receiver to take to the room. This fully solved any issue that might have been there in the past, since the wireless internet worked perfectly.

This was a charming town, which can be reached by bus from the train station at Interlochen. It was less crowded than other Swiss towns we visited, and we liked the non-touristy atmosphere. We took numerous gondola rides to the tops of high peaks, including Schilthorn, which took us up to glaciers. There's also a gondola ride right in town that took us to a beautiful view and an excellent playground for young children. We traveled by bus to Lake Mattmark (largest earth dam in Europe) where we saw a beautiful lake and many waterfalls. The town itself boasts many restaurants and shops. My favorite shop was Bergluft, in the center of town beside the modern Catholic church, where I bought numerous handmade gifts.

Overall excellent but did not find the piste marking / maps adequate. As a result it took some time to work the area out. I also feel the village could improve their website and the number and arrangement of webcams. It is way more beautiful than these show

Everything was perfect. From the welcome drink and cake to the last day of the stay. Everybody at the hotel was really friendly and helpful. The location was great. The view from the hotel terrace was amazing. The breakfast was excellent with a lot to choose from and definitely quality food. The room was spacious with big cupboards, wooden furniture and beautiful materials. The room was always clean and tidy. The village is really beautiful, safe and there is a lot to see and experience nearby.
I had low expectations given the price compared to the hotels around, but they were clearly surpassed.
The breakfast was pretty good, the small spa was fantastic for its size, and I got a free upgrade to a better room (I guess due to low occupancy). The room was small as expected, but cozy and more than enough for the time spent there.
A great place to stay when visiting Saas-Fee! Bright. Cozy, modern room with beautiful mountain View! Carla and Stephen are perfect hosts, very welcoming and helpful. Centrally located, few minutes from shops and bus station and a great base to explore the Saas Valley!
This is a wonderful hotel, restaurant and spa. The facilities, service and amazing attention to detail are all first class. it’s not inexpensive but you get what you pay for.
