Hotel Europa is an excellent choice and comes highly recommended. Although officially a 3-star hotel, the overall standard is easily closer to a solid 4-star experience. The room for two people, while not very large in terms of square meters, was extremely well designed and had everything one could need. A very nice touch was the welcome amenities — complimentary water and wine upon arrival. The bathroom was particularly well equipped and finished to a high standard. The hotel consists of three buildings, all conveniently connected by underground corridors, which makes moving around — especially in winter — very easy and comfortable. The spa area is genuinely impressive: spacious, with multiple saunas, jacuzzis, and a large, beautifully designed relaxation room. There is also a very well-organized and spacious ski room. Additional highlights include a free shuttle service both from the parking area and to the ski slopes, which is extremely practical. Breakfasts were delicious, generous, and nutritious — a perfect start to a day in the mountains. Above all, the staff deserve special mention: genuinely friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Combined with the excellent facilities, this results in outstanding value for money. A fantastic hotel with a great atmosphere. Strongly recommended.

Amazing hotel, service, location and breakfast. We loved everything and they take care of small details like a complimentary coffee break with cake after skiing every afternoon. Breakfast is also delicious and the spa facilities are great. The transport to the slopes on the electric car every day is great and the guy is super friendly

The hotel is everything and more when to come to us looking for a perfect stay. It is in a very good location, it is only a few minutes walk from the ski lift. The room was better than a lot of 5 star hotels we have been fortunate to stay at. The continental breakfast has everything you need and more, especially the view from your table! Some may say it not enough as there are no hot options, but honesty with what is on offer you don’t miss the hot option!

Although breakfast was scheduled for 7:30 AM, due to the conference we were attending, we requested it to be prepared at 7:00 AM. They kindly accommodated our request and had our breakfast ready at 7:00 AM with the same warm smile. We are very grateful to them.

I booked this hotel very last minute and hadn’t really planned my trip properly, so I arrived a bit stressed — but from the moment I checked in, everything changed. The reception team was amazing: friendly, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. They explained everything to me and instantly made me feel at ease. What impressed me the most was the shuttle service and the ski room directly next to the slopes. They take you from the hotel to the slopes and back, and the whole process is smooth and convenient — exactly the kind of service you expect from a ski resort. My room was spotless (honestly, unbelievably clean), spacious, and very comfortable, with a huge bathroom. The breakfast was delicious and the variety exceeded my expectations. Every single detail was flawless. Even though the hotel is listed as three stars, the service, comfort, and hospitality easily feel like four or even five stars. They made my stay in Saas-Fee unforgettable. I will definitely be visiting again next year — this place is absolutely worth it.

We even spotted the adorable local marmots hopping around, which added an extra touch of magic to our mornings. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the atmosphere — peaceful, welcoming, and utterly enchanting. Each day felt like a dream, a perfect escape from the ordinary. Leaving was incredibly difficult; I found myself checking out with tears in my eyes, heartbroken to say goodbye to such a special place. Wonderful weekend at Alpine Elite Lodge We had the most amazing weekend at Alpine Elite Lodge! Everything was just right, from the cozy yet luxurious accommodations to the top-notch amenities including awesome breakfast, spa&sauna and late check out on Sunday. The attention to detail throughout the lodge was truly impressive and made for an exceptionally comfortable and relaxing stay. What stood out the most was the service - it was simply outstanding. The owners were not only professional, but incredibly warm and attentive, making us feel truly welcome and cared for. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a base from which to explore the stunning alpine surroundings, Alpine Elite Lodge is an unbeatable choice. We can't wait to return and experience it all over again!

The staff were very friendly and informative, and were so helpful when I had to extend a night due to travel plan changes. The single room is spacious with full sized bathtub in the private bathroom. The spa/sauna area is modern and I had the several facilities all to myself for both times I went. The hotel offered pick-up and drop-off services from/to the bus-stop, which was very helpful for me given my luggage and the snow. Breakfast was also amazing, partly because of their close relationship with the Chinese/Thai restaurant downstairs. I had a wonderful time there and would definitely recommend this place.
