Great service, big rooms, amazing shower, good restaurant, lots to do in the premises. We absolutely loved the spa. We stayed a couple of nights waiting for the road to a ski resort to reopen, so it was not planned. It looks like an amazing family hotel, specially for summer with the tennis courts and all the hiking trails nearby. This hotel was a pleasant surprise.

This hotel is very good, the personnel is super helpful. We stayed there one night and all our needs were met. Breakfast is very good. There is WiFi and large parking available. The only small thing is lack of small fridge in the room.

The facilities were exceptionally clean. It wasn’t a fancy room but fine as a base for our family of 4 in bunk beds :-) we enjoyed the experience as part of our tour of Switzerland so we only stayed 2 nights It was also very unique getting to see and speak to the nuns who were all very kind

The room was much better than we expected - it was clean, modern, well-equipped and spacious. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at the Hotel. The staff were approachable and friendly. Any questions we had were answered immediately. We would be more than happy to stay again when we're next in the area.

The location of the hotel is near to the train station, we reached Zermatt, Gspon and Chur while we left our car in the hotel parking with no fee. Our room was a huge apartment we could see the town every direction. I liked especially, that there is a window in the bathroom. Everything was clean and well prepared. The hosts are really friendly. The restaurant is exceptional, we stayed every night there on the terrace.

We stayed in the new building, just a few steps away from the main building. The room was beautiful, the beds super comfy. The feeling was more of a youth hostel, but our family room for 4 was spacious and very clean.

A lovely and welcoming place to stay. We arrived by bike, in the pouring rain, and the host couldn't have been more helpful. A place to store our bikes, a table for dinner, and going off-menu to make sure the vegan in the party was catered for. Rooms were comfortable, food was good, breakfast was substantial, and the host gave us some good route tips for our ride up the Simplon Pass.

I stayed in this hotel for one night while travelling by train from the UK to Italy (avoiding flying for environmental reasons). It is directly opposite the train station and ideal for anyone who needs a stopover on such a journey. (It would probably also be very nice to stay here if having a holiday, but I cannot comment on that.) My room was very comfortable and I had the added luxury of having a balcony with a nice view. Breakfast was good.
