Accommodation in Naters

Great room, wonderful restaurant and staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Easy walk from the train station. Comfy room, great shower and had shampoo, soap etc. Lovely meal downstairs, it’s a proper restaurant that people travel to, not just guests at the hotel.

We had such an amazing stay at the chalet. It really felt like “home” in the swiss alps. The accomodation is very modern, clean and has everything you need. There is a big terrace on which you have a good mix of sun and shade. The hosts are super friendly, both Sabine in the communication before and her parents who stay often on the ground Floor. They also left an attentful welcome gift. The best part of the chalet is the view. In reality it is even more WOW than on the pictures.

This was particularly well presented with different assortments of breads. The croissants were amazing that my husband had 2. Loved the egg boiler and coffee machine and jams. When the ham was used up this was quickly replaced with more for other guests. Very good attention to detail. Thank you !

The hosts were amazingly friendly and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The apartment was super original, very interesting features, beautiful surroundings, and there were loads of unexpected extras like the fresh eggs on arrival!

The apartment is GREAT. Great space, great view from the balcony. Keep in mind that, if you're walking, it's uphill from Brig's city center. The kitchen is very well equipped, spices are supplied. Unfortunately, all that was countered by quite poor replies from the host during our stay. Barely no replies during the weekend (which seems weird for a business like this), and also spent 3 days trying to get the password for the WiFi, which I never found (no WiFi during our 4-night stay) and got very little help to find it. All in all, VERY nice apartment, but the service was not ideal for the price.

Owners Markus and his Wife are delightfull. They take care of their hosts and make sure that all goes well. The fact that the fidge and the cupboards are full of groceries is a real plus. You note down what you consume and you pay at the end. Prices are right and it is a blessing when you did not have time to go shopping.

Very friendly staff, great service. Personal and professional. Excellent location, right next to the train station but totally quiet. Very clean and with all amenities.
