The hotel is beautiful and practically in the centre of Brig. Our room was spacious, airy and had everything we needed. The breakfast was very good and the staff were really very nice and always wearing a big smile :) Besides we were given a free garage space for our motorcycle.

Very good location, next to the train station, still, quiet. Beautiful view from the window and nice balcony to enjoy it. Good breakfast. Perfect base for train trips in the area.

Location (Brig being a railway node connecting different parts of Switzerland and even Italy, and the accommodation just sitting in front of the castle, amazing views 😍). Staff were REALLY helpful and considerate, took the time to recommend things & chat. Room was very clean, beds were comfy. Very good value for money considering Switzerland. Brig is worth a visit, and you have direct trains to Bern, Zermatt, Geneve, Isola Belle…

Amazing place. Everything was very clean and tidy including lobby and bar area. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Taps,shower worked great. SmartTv and Internet also worked perfectly. Nicole the manager was very kind and accommodating. She also looked after our luggage past checkout time so we could use the day to explore. Bottom line, I would stay here again

Great room, wonderful restaurant and staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend. Easy walk from the train station. Comfy room, great shower and had shampoo, soap etc. Lovely meal downstairs, it’s a proper restaurant that people travel to, not just guests at the hotel.

We went for hiking nearby, so we wanted a hotel that is comfortable but not fancy because we will only sleep there. The hotel was very clean, well maintained, and quiet, meeting all our need. Staffs are very friendly. Restaurant was great. Food are quite nice. They seem to specialize on cordon bleu because one third of the menu is dedicated to different variation of cordon bleu (made my partner very happy).

The Lodge is a perfect setting on the ski slopes of Belalp. Exactly what we were looking for. The Lodge itself if very comfortable and the cuisine is quite good. Will definitely return when skiing in Belalp.

The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very kind and helpful(taking extra effort to make us comfortable). The restaurant is great with good food and quick service.

Everything! The room was very chic, perfect location with stunning views, the staff were super friendly & the food in the restaurant was 10/10. Our favourite stay of our 8 day trip travelling around switzerland
