A lovely stay for a solo traveler – warm staff and delicious food! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at Stadthof Hotel & Restaurant in Glarus as a solo female traveler and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel so welcome and safe. Everyone was incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful – it really made a difference traveling alone. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and in a great location. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The atmosphere is peaceful, and you really feel the charm of the town right outside the door. One of the highlights of my stay was the Lebanese food at the restaurant – it was absolutely delicious! Fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with love. I highly recommend trying the mezze or any of the traditional dishes. Overall, I felt at home here and would definitely come back. Perfect for solo travelers or anyone looking for a warm, welcoming place to stay in Glarus.

We felt immediately at home by our host. The bar downstairs is very local, clean and you don't hear it at all from the rooms. The facilities are super clean, new and modern. The matrass is very comfortable.

Much better than the pictures. Modern newly renovated hotel with self-incheck. Wooden floor, spacious clean bath and shower, nice beds, and our room hade view directly to the majestic mountains and a small river floating through the backyard. High quality dinner in the evening with very polite staff. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely and comfortable stay at the Vitalpha lodge house, which was perfectly clean, spacious and nicely decorated. We liked the location, being central for visiting the lakes and hiking destinations like Klöntalersee, Walensee and more. There's a Coop in the shopping center in front of the house. We also liked the convenient parking right at the door. The apartment has a full sized kitchen, two dining rooms, living room, three bedrooms a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet room. Plus the huge Terrassa with views of the mountains. The communication with the owners was very friendly, and they provided all the information we needed in advance. Thank you again for a comfortable stay. We would love to come back!

Very comfortable studio, used for one night stop over when passing through the area. Very clean, everything you needed. Great location and parking

Well-appointed studio in a quiet side road. Generous space, very good shower, and a covered, safe space to park our motorcycle. Ursi was an excellent host. SPAR shop two minutes' walk.

The hotel is very comfortable. What really impressed me was the staff. Every member of staff I met and spoke to were very helpful and friendly. The hotel management team were exception and nothing was too much trouble.

Location in the middle of the mountain valley, amazing views from the room. 5 min away from Coop and other shops, very convenient. Room was comfortable, with fully furnished kitchen available for cooking. The hosts are very responsive and helpful. We loved our stay, thank you!

Absolutely amazing accommodation! We regret that we were only there for one night. Free parking very close by, self-service check-in, views of majestic mountains from every window and patio, well equipped kitchen, spacious living room, quiet location, everything absolutely hassle free! We loved it and will definitely return sometime.

The location is great with a nice view, the chalet is very cute and comfortable. Also the hosts were really nice and with good recommandations. We had a great time !
