The entire area is a lovely place to visit. The restaurant has lovely local food with fantastic staff. Breakfast was another treat with great cheese, meat, bread, coffee and fruit juice. Highly recommended.

Authentic, cozy hotel. Lovely staff, large rooms with comfortable beds. Loved the warm sunny balcony. Restaurant has beautiful sweeping views, serving authentic Swiss meals. Exceptional location, many hikes accessible from the hotel, and a short drive down to Weesen and the lake.

The view from the room across the hills to the mountains was fantastic. The serenity, when the only thing you hear is the core bells and the birds is so relaxing Only a couple minute walk to the chair life to get up the mountain for hiking or skiing or a nice hike down the mountain to the lake The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating

Very friendly staff, beautiful hotel in the mountains with a nice garden. The breakfast exceeded our expectations. We had such a wonderful stay. You can take the bus (Postauto) from the station that's just outside the hotel to visit Säntis.

It’s immaculate. View from the room was absolutely stunning. Very well equipped kitchen, free tea and coffee provided. Hosts were very kind and helpful, went over and beyond to help us. Our flight was delayed and they waited until we get there. Thank you sooo much for saving us and charging our car. I would go back and stay here anytime.

Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and dinner with plenty of gluten free options. Safe place for bicycles. Mosquito screen in the window, so you can open the window without having bugs.
