SwitzerlandBett am Weiher was exactly what my wife and I were looking for. My wife had personal business in the area and I wanted to hike. Wil turned out to be the perfect location for us. We wanted to stay in the old part of town in an historic building. Our room was spacious, well appointed, and clean with a fabulous view out over the Weiher. No formal breakfast is served, but butter, jam, coffee, and breakfast cereal is provided. We bought bread and cheese from a local bakery and had lovely breakfasts while we were there. The location is fabulous. Parking is provided, but the lot is about 250 meters away from the guest house. This was not a problem for us.
If you are looking for a stay in a quaint, well maintained, very old building in the center of the historic old town with a fabulous view of the Wil Wehier, and don't mind climbing stairs, we highly recommend Bett am Weheir.

United KingdomLovely modern hotel in the town centre. Great underground parking which provided complete security for my motorcycle. Great too to have efficient and controllable air conditioning which was a godsend in the very hot weather. Breakfast was excellent. I also ate in their retaurant which was very nice indeed. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Czech RepublicThe check-in process was smooth and straightforward, with underground parking available. The rooms were the best we've experienced in a self-check-in hotel, and the self-serve breakfast was excellent. Overall, outstanding value for money.

The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful! The breakfast was first-class, with fresh bread from the local bakery. Personally, it was a bit too much meat for my taste, but it was still very nice. I highly recommend a stay here.

I can't comment on staff because we didn't meet any, but I did have excellent help from a lady by telephone as the card machine was not working when we tried to check in. Otherwise, an excellent stay. Secure parking, easy self check in.
