absolutely everything. it was super clean, the room beautifully designed, and the bed was very very comfortable and soft. views are AMAZING. the breakfast options were so tasty and good. the mini shop inside is so useful - they have everything from sweets, food, and vitamins, to shampoos, medication, and basically anything you would ever need! the lobby was gorgeously decorated as well!! the self check in also went super smoothly with no problems. this is one of the best hotels i have EVER stayed at.

Perfect studio flat for a couple. Really useful small entrance area for storing coats, shoes and bags. Well organised space throughout. Bathroom a great size. Nice touch to have everything colour coordinated. Not lacking any equipment we needed. Host really friendly and very amenable.

I travel a lot, but this time I was amazed! Andrea answered all answers promptly, helped with check-in, and on the day of our check-out(it was very early morning) even arranged package with breakfast to go. Long story short - out of hundreds stays I had in the recent years, I would remember that hotel for being warm, cozy, and for the great stuff that treats you like a family, doing everything to help and to advise best. p.s. Andrea's dog Max just stole my heart - now I want to have the same =)
