Standard Ibis hotel product. No surprises. Breakfast was good. Huge mall across the road and close to airport.

Parking is super good, have lots of space for cars and seagulls on the roof. Breakfast was good and hearty. Location is amazing, you can walk to the city square or to the city mall and river embankment. Personal was very friendly and helpful. Interior is a bit outdated, but very clean and well kept. Great elevator with view inside the building.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is so friendly and they go above and beyond to make your stay feels like home. Assorted breakfast at the Hemisferio restaurant and they have buffet lunch and dinner as well, for a fair price. It is close to cafes and cbd area. Well equipped rooms with coffee pod machine and mini fridge. Nice touch with the bathroom's heated mirror! Everyday I was returning to my room it was fresh and clean! Even my clothes were organised I'll be definitely recommending this hotel to everyone! Kudos to you HCC!

Wonderful place to stay with very friendly staff and lovely view. Conveniently close to the airport and shopping centre. Also, it has an inbuilt casino to have fun and relax. The food at the restaurant was delicious and big serves. The breakfast was the best with so many different choices and abundant. I would definitely recommend

Great room, great buffet restaurant, nice outdoor pool and spa facilities on the last floor. Being pet friendly was the reason we came but it’s somewhere I’d come back to even if we were traveling without a dog. Being able to walk to the mall across the highway was great too!

Hotel is very confortable with large rooms and excelent facilities. The breakfast is very good. Staff is super kind and support custom needs always with a smile. Nice locations with restaurants within walking distance.

I loved that it was close to where I was going to the event (Universidad de Concepción), and that it was near many places to eat. It was a safe place, I could walk alone and the area was really quiet.

The hotel staff were impressively friendly and helpful, and the room was very large and well maintained. The hotel is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Plaza de la Independencia and the adjacent pedestrian zone. I can highly recommend the hotel and would book it again anytime.
