Standard Ibis hotel product. No surprises. Breakfast was good. Huge mall across the road and close to airport.

The young woman in reception desk when we arrived was extremely kind and helpful. The room was very good value for money as it included a private bathroom, air conditioning and a buffet breakfast was also provided.

Hotel is very confortable with large rooms and excelent facilities. The breakfast is very good. Staff is super kind and support custom needs always with a smile. Nice locations with restaurants within walking distance.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff is so friendly and they go above and beyond to make your stay feels like home. Assorted breakfast at the Hemisferio restaurant and they have buffet lunch and dinner as well, for a fair price. It is close to cafes and cbd area. Well equipped rooms with coffee pod machine and mini fridge. Nice touch with the bathroom's heated mirror! Everyday I was returning to my room it was fresh and clean! Even my clothes were organised I'll be definitely recommending this hotel to everyone! Kudos to you HCC!

Helpful personal, parking possibilities, willingness to find solutions for early breakfast!

Wonderful place to stay with very friendly staff and lovely view. Conveniently close to the airport and shopping centre. Also, it has an inbuilt casino to have fun and relax. The food at the restaurant was delicious and big serves. The breakfast was the best with so many different choices and abundant. I would definitely recommend

Great room, great buffet restaurant, nice outdoor pool and spa facilities on the last floor. Being pet friendly was the reason we came but it’s somewhere I’d come back to even if we were traveling without a dog. Being able to walk to the mall across the highway was great too!

Very good staff and breakfast was very delicious. The pool was gorgeous

Big room, was spotlessly clean

excelent location and staff atention

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno

I absolutely LOVED my stay at Hotel Le Petit. The room was very nice and tidy (with nice artwork), the bed was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure and temperature. The room was cleaned meticulously every day too. The breakfast was delicious and catered to my dietary requirements (vegan). The location was also perfect and was within walking distance to pretty much everywhere I wanted to go. But above all the staff were so friendly and helpful which made my stay extra special. Thanks to Sebastian for the recommendations he provided which allowed me to experience the best of Concepcion during my brief stay.

The location was excellent-a short walk to Plaza de Armas...The room was very clean with good sleep quality...Breakfast was perfect. The staff were super friendly.I want to thank Kevin,Victor Hugo and Emerlay... A special THANK YOU to Victor Hugo for organising a taxi for me to the bus terminal when I was leaving....Worth returning to....10 put of 10.

The perfect host, almost family feeling! Comfortable bed, nice breakfast served to the room. Very friendly place

The hotel staff were impressively friendly and helpful, and the room was very large and well maintained. The hotel is centrally located in the immediate vicinity of Plaza de la Independencia and the adjacent pedestrian zone. I can highly recommend the hotel and would book it again anytime.
