RussiaThis our second stay in this hotel and we can’t love it more. The room, the king-size bed is one of the best beds ever. Parking is great, breakfast is excellent, stuff is friendly and super helpful. Also there is a great restaurant “Don Camarón” just 3 minutes walking just after the Shell. Highly recommend this hotel.

The noise from other guests was extremely loud, and the walls are so thin that I could barely sleep at all. I contacted reception at 3:31am and although they did try to intervene, the noise continued and the situation was not resolved, leaving me completely exhausted the next day.
What was even more disappointing was the customer service afterwards. I received repeated automated WhatsApp (AI) responses with no real follow-up, and when I called, I was told the lack of response was due to staff not speaking English. I was also hung up on during phone calls, which is completely unacceptable. I was given empty promises of a response from management that never came, and my situation was downplayed with comments suggesting it was “not a lot of money,” showing a clear lack of understanding of the impact this had on me. Overall, the poor communication, excuses, and lack of genuine customer care made this a very frustrating experience.

Temuco is the cultural centre of the Mapuche community, indigenous people who have been oppressed but continue to fight for their rights. It is worth visiting museums, but also cultural centres and local people.

Temuco is a big city, and is not a particularly beautiful...
Temuco is a big city, and is not a particularly beautiful one. It does have a lovely central square, but considering the great beauty of other locations, Temuco is not very attractive for tourism. We wanted to go in pat because it is a city with large numbers of indigenous Mapuche’s and is well known for their gorgeous weaving and other artisan goods. Unfortunately, the market was apparently destroyed and has not been rebuilt, so there is no place to go to peruse the artesanias.
We ate a a hotel a couple of blocks from the hotel we stayed in, and the food was very good. We definitely will not return to Temuco. It was easy to walk around, but it was not particularly pleasant.

Located about 10 minutes walk from shops, the apartment is bright, clean and has everything required for a stay. One of the best showers I’ve had in Chile 😁The views of Temuco are wonderful. The building has a concierge so feels very safe, important for a solo traveler. The host responds quickly and communicates well.

The hotel is located in the city center and is a comfortable place to stay. Rooms are basic, but staff is friendly and there is a breakfast included. They have enough secure parking for your car as well.
