Very nice staff, always ready to help foreign visitors despite the language barrier. Very clean, very safe. Spectacular breakfast, everything was tasty. Also the location is great, there's a small retail store to the side, a bank, a tea shop and several places where you can eat.

The staff are very nice and the male ones speak English. The manager is lovely helped us with sightseeing advice spoke really good English. And the other male guy, sorry I don't have your names, he helped take our bag to metro. Great spacious room, nice cleaner lady, laundry facilities where we did all our washing and drying. very clean. great breakfast. Right next to Wanyuanji metro, takes around 50 mins to forbidden city.

5 stars well-deserved! The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful—special thanks to Raan. The room was very clean, and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is in a great location for visiting Tiananmen, the Temple of Heaven, and Ritan Park. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby, and we thoroughly enjoyed the dumpling-making course organized by the staff.
