Guest rooms at the hotel include air conditioning and a desk. The hotel shuttle bus arrived about 5 minutes after we called the hotel upon our arrival. (The shuttle runs every 30 minutes to and from the airport) We booked a King Room and paid for an extra bed for three adults. When we entered the room past midnight, we discovered that the extra bed was a military-style steel bed with a very thin mattress, which was not suitable for sleeping at all. We then called the front desk to inquire about the condition of the extra bed. Fortunately, the front desk staff was very kind and offered to move us to a Family Room with one king bed and one double bed. The staff member personally came to our room and escorted us to the Family Room, which was only a few rooms away from the original room we booked. (Wonder why the Family Room was not available on Booking.com). We were very grateful for the thoughtful assistance, especially since we arrived past midnight and needed a good rest. In fact, when we were later notified that our flight departing Beijing was postponed, we booked and stayed again in the same Family Room. Overall, the hotel is clean and modern, the room was spacious, and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Kelly‘s Courtyard Hotel is a stylish courtyard hostel located in a traditional Hutong (alley) in the heart of Beijings Xidan District, a vibrant commercial area and the capitals financial district, nick named Chinese Wall Street. Highly highly recommended! The place was the best start of our China trip. Mike is amazing and he helped us so much. Don't look further and just book here!

It offers an indoor swimming pool, a spa centre, a fitness centre and a business centre with meeting and banquet facilities. Excellent hotel quite central and walkable to the sights! Very good breakfast, a lot to choose from. Also had dinner at the restaurant (buffet) and it was excellent too, a lot to choose from. Loved the room, spacy and clean. Good beds! Aircondition worked well and was not noisy. Friendly staff and there was always someone that spoke English well, so easy to get help when we needed. Will absolutely stay there again next time!

It features free Wi-Fi and air-conditioned rooms with a private bathroom. Location, Price, decent size room with all the necessary facilities, and on top of hospitality. Reception staff is excellent, morning girl (I forgot her name) and especially evening time MUMU , surprised me from their positive attitude and welcoming personality.
