The hotel amenities, its location and the hotel food were really good. Metro station is nearby to get to most of major attractions. Customer service was exceptional with reception.

Location is nice as followings. - There are many Chinese restaurants nearby that are welcoming to foreigners. - I could go to Beijing Capital airport (PEK) with just CNY64 by DiDi.

Great hotel and excellent service I highly recommend this hotel and its staff. We had a very pleasant stay, and the communication with the reception was excellent throughout our entire visit. The reception team was always very friendly, helpful, and willing to assist us with anything we needed. The staff made us feel welcome and comfortable from the moment we arrived. Everything was handled professionally and with a smile. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Silent, clean, new towels and water every day, a very good location, everything was new

The perks, comfort, staff. Everything was smooth and clean. Someone took care of our laundry while we were visiting the city so we won’t waste time with this activity-which we appreciated greatly. Staff is very polite and careful and the evening snack always felt like a good way to end the day. Would definitely come back!

Room space, location, cleanness.

The hotel is conveniently located within easy walking distance to major tourist attractions of Beijing, such as the Forbidden city, Tianamen square. , bustling Wangfujing shopping street and famous hutongs. We didn’t use the subway as we downloaded the Didi application ( taxi services at super cheap rates) to reach other sites. The hotel is extremely clean, with comfortable beds , perfect heating system and plenty of hot water for showers. Daily housekeeping is just one of a kind. Despite the language barrier, the staff went to great lengths to respond to guests’ requests and concerns and using translations apps makes up for the inconvenience.

Very spacious room and bathroom. Perfectly clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Very quiet, and I had good rest and good sleep, exactly what I needed. If you look for a hotel at PEK airport, for sure this is the one!

Highly recommended for Muslim traveller. There is a mosque just a few steps away from the hotel. Muslim Halal food also available. Convenient shop and massage shop also nearby. Only 4-5km away from the attraction in beijing. The hotel staff also speak english. The room was big and very clean.

Amazing location, good rooms and plenty of breakfast

The rooms are incredible, even if some of the furniture has been used I still think it has some of the most beautiful rooms in Hotels that I have seen.

The location is just about 2 minutes walking to the famous wangfujing street, and it is also about 15 to 20 minutes walking to Tiananmen Square. There are a lot of restaurants in the near neighborhood. The room is big, clean, and comfortable, it is some kind of luxury, I love it. The people who work in the hotel are not only highly professional but also really nice, kind, and friendly, and they are ready to help the customers any time they need. Since I traveled from Switzerland to beijing, they organized to let me to check in earlier because I mentioned my feet ware painful, then I had to check out 3 days earlier as I had booked and I could not communicate with Booking.com by myself, the receptionist Ms. Megan offered to help me, and she negotiated with booking.com, and I was able to get the refund of 3 nights left. Then I had a fedex mail that arrived 5 days after I left the hotel, then Mr. Leon Luo in the hotel had orgnized to accept for me and then Mr. Mason had booked another carrier today to send my mail to my sister in Hunan, and I have just come back again yesterday in Switzerland. I want to say: thank you to all the staff in hotel, I want to give special thanks to Megan, Leon and Mason, I would for sure choose Hilton hotel again when I am back in Beijing, and also would put Hilton hotel as my priority choice if I travel to other cities too. So I highly recommend the Wangfujing Hilton hotel.
