Everyone at the hotel was incredibly kind, and the entire experience felt genuinely personal. I’ve stayed at many luxury five-star hotels around the world, but this one stands out as my absolute favorite. From the warm welcome to the thoughtful attention throughout our stay, everything was handled with care and sincerity. A particularly memorable moment was when the staff helped us carry our luggage to the taxi, waited patiently with us until it arrived, and waved us off with heartfelt goodbyes. It’s those small, thoughtful gestures that truly make a difference. Highly recommended, I can’t wait to return.

The stuff is very helpful and very friendly. The gym ist amazing with the latest gym equipments. The swimming pool has an amazing view over the skyline of Beijing. For me it was my favorite hotel over a 3 weeks travel in different corners of of Beijing. The breakfast is divers and the bar and the bar keeper are super friendly. Really an amazing experience, the room even had a washing machine, so we could wash our stuff from a 3 weeks travel. The hotel is well located.

A more than wonderful hotel. The stay was comfortable. Everything was available in the room, from a massage chair and a spacious balcony with views. Also, the bathrooms are spacious and clean. The most important thing is that the bathroom chair has a bidet and a dryer, and it works electronically. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They work professionally, giving you a sense of luxury. They always accompany you when needed and when you leave for pickup. A taxi is something they count on, and upon departure they gave us a box of micron candy. Many thanks to all the hotel staff. I hope to visit again soon.

Language barrier is one of the troubles.

Language barrier is one of the troubles. However, translator is very helpful. AliPay and WeChat Pay is mostly used. We had some glitches with AliPay and most places, cash is not accepted. It is truly a cashless society. The city is very quiet since 80% of the cars are EV vehicles. It's not congested and smoggy like when I was there about 15 years ago. Need to take a taxi to get around since China is so massive. Taxi's are inexpensive. Definitely need to have WIFI/data to navigate and use your phone for maps and translator. Certain sites are blocked so that took a bit to get used. All these issues, it's just part of the adventure and something to get used to.

Great communication and very helpful, it took me a long time to get through immigration at the airport, I did a lot of research but it was still not easy, the signage is poor and there are two different types of entry visas', signage at the airport does not make it clear which is which, Sophie waited a long time for me at the airport as I have booked the transfer from the airport to the hotel, she was very patient and super friendly, talked to me about living in China etc, very helpful, also made sure I had money for the shops by overcharging for the room to give me Yuan in exchange. Organised my trip back to the airport in the morning, no issues at all. No TV's in the room but not sure what use they would be anyway for an English speaker with no Chinese language skills :) just make sure you can entertain yourself. Shops immediately out the front of the hotel if you want to get a couple of beers or buy some food, literally across the very minor road. Fantastic as a layover between flights.

Beijing is a city that is truly worth visiting.

Beijing is a city that is truly worth visiting. Rich in history, culture and contrasts. We found the people welcoming, the city very safe and the cost of living surprisingly reasonable. Although the main tourist sites can be quite busy, especially with local visitors, this is understandable given how much the city has to offer. It was a fantastic experience for our family, and we highly recommend Beijing as a travel destination.

I had a really lovely time here. It was easy to get around and a nice place to return to after a day out. The Spa was great. The only thing I would suggest is a shop with products i.e. toiletries, local crafts & gifts, clothes etc,.

From the warm welcome offered by most staff and the ample parking facilities, to the overall comfortable accommodations, I was quite satisfied with my stay. However, the somewhat distant attitude of a few front desk employees stood out. A consistent level of friendliness across all team members would truly elevate the entire experience.”
