Our family came here from Australia for tourism. This location is in the center of the scenic area, surrounded by a small village in the mountains. It's so beautiful that you can't imagine the interior design and decoration being so outstanding. The owner is very enthusiastic and introduced us to every detail. The most convenient thing is that they will provide transportation to take you to the scenic area. I have never had such a perfect experience before. I will definitely try another room type next time!

I was impressed by the fireplace. The details are well done, the materials are excellent, the mattresses are imported from Italy, making you feel more comfortable than my bed at home and the toilet is smart, I like the specimen of the bull's head, it very special. It's worth stay. Will come back soon...... Maybe New Year... Hope to see the owner again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Mountain View guesthouse in Baisha. Waking up to the view of the snow-capped mountains right from my room was nothing short of magical. The location is perfect—quiet and authentic, yet just a short walk from the Old Town. The traditional Naxi architecture and courtyard give it such a special charm, and the hospitality was warm and heartfelt. It felt less like a hotel and more like staying with family. Highly recommend this peaceful gem.

The room was cleaned very clean, the front desk checked in quickly, the service was friendly and attentive, the stay was comfortable, very satisfied.

The homestay sits right by the beautiful Erhai Lake, and it only takes 5 minutes to walk to the seaside. The staff contacted us in advance, sent us the precise location, and even helped book a ride — the service is really considerate. The weather in Dali is extremely pleasant recently with fresh air. It’s very cozy to have coffee and read books in the guesthouse. You can also enjoy the stunning scenery of Cangshan Mountain from the rooftop. Definitely a wonderful place to stay.

Great location, clean room for a family of four. The staff were excellent and very hospitable. They were very attentive and ready to assist, in meals, planning for activities, even transportation to nearby ancient Xingping town. Even did our laundry everyday. They picked us up from Yangshuo railway station when we arrived. Breakfast was nice, afternoon tea and supper also provided.

The hotel is quite modern and is located in a quieter area of town, yet very close to Dali old town. The rooms are very spacious and have amazing views over Erhai lake and the rest of the city. Staff is very helpful - they also offered a free airport pickup that came in very handy.

The location is awesome and the common areas are huge. Just look up and boom – snow mountains right in your face. Seriously stunning!!! You have to be there in person to feel that. Room had heated floors, smart toilet, and they even threw in an oxygen machine. The vibe was kind of wabi-sabi style, everything super clean. Free shuttle service, and the staff were amazing. They upgraded our room for free, checked if we were dealing with altitude sickness, asked about food allergies, and gave us the inside scoop on the best spots at Siguniang Mountain. At check-in they had this nice welcome gift waiting, already cranked up the floor heating, stocked the mini-fridge with drinks and left candies on the table. Just really thoughtful touches everywhere. And the afternoon tea was great, but the yak hotpot for dinner? Chef's kiss. Wow! Definitely recommend this place if you're heading that way!

The courtyard is filled with dozens of potted succulents — more varieties than I've ever seen in one private collection. There were rosette-shaped echeverias in soft pastel pinks and greens, trailing string-of-pearls hanging from wooden beams, and large jade plants that looked decades old. The owner told us he has been collecting them for over eight years, and he waters each one by hand every three days. I spent a full hour one afternoon just walking around examining them.
