I'm satisfied with everything at this hotel since it has outstanding quality and exceeds my expectations. My booking has full services such as including breakfast, free laundry, luggage storage, free early check-in, and also late check-out etc... These were truly helpful and made our trip go smoothly. Not only that, the room we booked is also very clean and quiet - I can say that it has a very good soundproof and we had a good sleep here. The was no refrigerator in the room but we didn't so need it since we traveling on very cold days. Staffs are friendly and always try to help. There is also a bicycle rental and convenience store in front of the hotel.

The hotel is fantastic! We really enjoyed the stay, perfection almost in every detail - starting from the room, ending with the SPA and breakfast. The room service is delicious. Breakfast is fantastic - offering a big range of different tastes. The staff is professional. Pillow menu is amazing - this was the best sleep we have ever had. The view is breathtaking. The SPA is not big, but it is separated in men/women zones.

Location: Perfect! Centrally located with short distances to sights, restaurants and public transport. Staff: Outstandingly friendly and courteous. Everyone was always helpful and provided a personalized experience. Room/Comfort: Very clean, modern and high quality. Bar/Lounge (Atmosphere, Drinks/Snacks and Service): Excellent. Value for money: Absolutely fair for this quality. Conclusion: An all-round successful experience. If you are looking for a hotel that combines convenience, comfort, and top-tier hospitality, this is the place. Highly recommended!

This was our favorite hotel of the entire trip. It is a traditional hotel located on a traditional street, right in the center of a modern city full of skyscrapers, which made the experience truly special and authentic. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, with a special mention to the girl at the reception with glasses, whose kindness was truly exceptional. They immediately took care of our laundry service, and one morning, since we had to leave very early, they prepared a breakfast to go for us. The room was beautiful, warm, and extremely welcoming. We were welcomed with two bottles of wine in the room, which was a lovely and unexpected gesture. Breakfast was delicious, and the inner courtyard is a wonderful space where you can both have dinner and enjoy a tea tasting. From our experience, my brother and I have stayed in many hotels, including luxury ones, but we have never experienced such a warm, genuine, and memorable stay. If we ever return to Chengdu, we will definitely stay here again: it is absolutely worth it!

This is indeed one of the best city small hotels I’ve ever been to. The location is 2 mins walk from Wuhou Shrine and Jinli ancient street . The breakfast were exceptional. The setting of the bedroom was amazing. A special thanks to Huang who helped us organize our tours and gave me patches for my knee . Thank you 🙏 again for your excellent service.

First of all I would like to express gratitude to all hotel staff. Starting from reception/front desk to breakfast and cleaning staff. Everyone was extremely kind, cooperative and warm. You do not meet it often in another places. Secondly the hotel itself is super nice. It is cozy and clean, with the cute lobby area and good laundry room and gym. The building is not a high rise building which gives a boutique hotel vibe. Bed and bedlinen, bath amenities are top quality. We slept piecefully every night. The breakfast is really great- mixed cuisine with fine taste. Everything is tasty and smells good I was staying with my 8 year old son. We both loved it. We are here again, back after 2 months and booked this same hotel for the winter holidays and new year.

Great staff. Great location. Great rooms. Shower had strong water pressure. Staff even put an extra air conditioner in my room before I arrived to ensure it was cold

The hotel was unexpectedly satisfying. It's a haven of tranquility hidden in the hustle and bustle. The transportation around is convenient. It's within walking distance of Kuanzhai Alley and Kuixinglou Street, and there are many delicious foods. The hotel's environment, afternoon tea, and room facilities are all very satisfying. There's also a reading lounge with many great books, which the kids like too.

Beautiful boutique hotel next to the gorgeous Wuhou Shrine (cute shops, good food, traditional place). The reception employees were so very kind and helpful planning our trips to Leshan Buddha and Panda base, they were amazing. 10/10.

The hotel is located in an ancient part of town. The staff all knew english and were very helpful and accomodating, including taking dietary restrictions into account. Special thanks to Sophie, who went above and beyond to make our stay pleasurable.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, the room was nice (we’ve got an upgrade-so pleased), the location was unbeatable and the daily room service so neat.

Location was great, many restaurants cafe at walking distance, close to subway line 4, Chunxilu. View from hotel, I was on 20th floor, 3 lighting building I could see, window can open little to get fresh air. I stayed 2 weeks so free laundry machine, dryer was so helpful. Free laundry services also provided. Hotel gave me Chinese style afternoon ticket at hotel 5th floor. Amenity was also good, liked room shoes, they have mobile battery which you can use your stay. Room cleaning service lady was very nice and kind.

Strong building (iykyk) , All staff was super friendly , area was closed to everything like (IFS) , Downstairs with Restaurants for Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner and Convenience Store . Just choose this hotel 🤓
