The hotel is in the center of Beijing, close to shopping outlets. In-hotel facilities are sufficient. The staff is friendly and helpful. I will come again on my next trip to Beijing.

We forgot something in the fridge and they made every effort to ship it to us (to our next hotel in Shanghai). And it arrived the next day! That was very kind.

Our stay at this hotel was truly pleasant and relaxing. The hotel has been recently renovated, which added a fresh and modern feel to the experience. What made it even more special was the kindness and helpfulness of the staff — they were welcoming, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The hospitality we received was genuinely heartwarming. I would definitely stay here again!

Very good location in Dongzhimen close to many touristic points, restaurants, bars, public transport and convenience stores. Very safe area as a pattern in China, which is a super safe country for tourists. Rooms as specious, clean, and water and coffee are provided extensively at room or reception. Breakfast is the high point. Comprehensive options since local to occidental. Everything is fresh and daily prepared. Everything amazing 👏

The room service food wasn’t great and none of the staff spoke english. Everything else was wonderful.

Great location and friendly helpful staff. Great value for money. Special mention for Cillian - we had some lost property left behind and he personally sent it to us via courier to our next hotel. He went above and beyond to help us out we really appreciate that.

Perfect location for airport and the city centre. We could not be bothered with public transport so took a “Dede” and it was about 40 minutes. The hotel staff will do anything to help you.

Room is very comfortable. The room remains ventilated with a very comfortable temperature and does not feel stuffy at all in the midst of cold snap in nov. Staff very helpful. Seamless fast check in.

A very beautiful hotel with a combination of traditional and modern style and incredible/professional staff. Always proactive to help us with anything we might need, explaining different things around Beijing. Also providing a very rich breakfast, prepared for us when we entered the dining hall. Favourite hotel in beijing, the management team is super helpful and speaks great english, it's very convenient from the airport and has an mrt line next to everything. The rooms are also very nice

The place was very clean and comfortable. The staff were lovely and attentive throughout my stay.

Highly recommended for Muslim traveller. There is a mosque just a few steps away from the hotel. Muslim Halal food also available. Convenient shop and massage shop also nearby. Only 4-5km away from the attraction in beijing. The hotel staff also speak english. The room was big and very clean.

The staff was great! They helped me and my friends to find all locations, they explained us how we should buy tickets. And really they speak english vety well! Becouse in another hotel in China we could understand the staff only with google translate.

Spacious hotel room with nice gym and swimming pool. There are nice restaurants and cafe in their shopping areas especially the body and foot massage 舒悦 (Shu Yue)

Staff is super friendly, Tommy is very helpful, showing me where is the swimming pool, restaurant, even brought me to the airport for the banking etc, my shower is start leaking around 11pm, they have sent plumber straight away to fix it. Room is beautifully done up, so luxury, top to bottom.
