    Park Hyatt Guangzhou

    Tian He, Guangzhou

Park Hyatt Guangzhou is located in the centre of Zhujiang New Town CBD area. It features an outdoor roof-top bar on the 70th floor, an indoor swimming pool, a fitness centre and spa on the 63rd floor.... One of the best hotels period. View is great and very close to the subway. Staff is very accommodating to my needs. The restaurants were probably the most impressive thing, both the dining hall and Yue Jing Xuan probably has some of the best foods to offer in Guangzhou.

    Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou

    Tian He, Guangzhou

Located in the city centre, Four Seasons Hotel Guangzhou boasts an indoor pool, 7 dining options and hot tubs. The modern rooms feature oriental-inspired themes with soothing colours and décor. I don't think words can do this hotel justice. The service we received from the minute we were collected at the airport was absolutely phenomenal. Bella was amazing did my check in for me, in the car we signed off on everything, when we arrived at the hotel we could go straight to our room. We were on the 92nd floor, took a deluxe room with river views, my oh my what a view we had. The views of the river and canton tower is amazing. The simple touches in the room made it a memorable stay. In room dining is quiet expensive, a cappuccino cost u around 78 CNY, also breakfast was quiet expensive. We absolutely loved our stay at the hotel & the staff were simply outstanding, nothing was to much for them, always willing & able to assist. Thank you Four Seasons Hotel, we will definitely be back.

The City That Has It All

Historically known as Canton and China’s third largest city, Guangzhou is the birthplace of the most popular type of Chinese cuisine with iconic wonton soup and dim-sum. It boasts an impressive skyline, some of the oldest temples in the country and crowded markets with everything from tea to hi-tech electronics.

The busy city centre mesmerises with its futuristic architecture and beautifully lit skyscrapers but just a short trip away you can find yourself in the quiet haven of Nansha Wetland, a bird sanctuary. Rejuvenated with new energy you can then admire the traditional Cantonese architecture of Xiguan Residence, once occupied by the upper class.

One of the city’s most popular attractions, the Liurong Temple is an absolute must-see, dating back to the 6th century and featuring a 17-storey high pagoda. Make sure you don’t miss traditional buildings near Yide Road as they’re slowly being removed from the map due to the city’s rapid growth.

From a 1000-year-old lake garden, to plenty of theme parks, relaxing rolling hills and mountains, Guangzhou seems to indeed have it all! Add impressive street markets and shopping centres and you’re up for a fascinating ride.

Guangzhou Airport is a convenient metro or taxi ride away and Booking.com provides over 390 different accommodation options for you to choose from.
