There is a grinding coffee machine at the reception with nice coffee! Free to take spring water battles. Staff was friendly, Room was clean & comfortable, at a nice size. Free breakfast was nice with cook on order noodle. Love the free self serve laundry room.

We like the room with long bench where we can place our stuffs and goods chatting area with friends to sit around. Notice there is proper follow up on the front counter staff during handover.

The room decoration was fantastic. The lobby and facilities were great. The breakfast was good value and had a wide variety of food. Chinese people seem to still smoke a lot so ask for a non smoking room! The gym area was large and much appreciated.

great experience staying at this hotel. The duty manager greeted us with lovely smile and even offered us complimentary breakfast. The view from our room is just gorgeous. My two older sisters certainly loved their stay. thank you!

Really great hotel! Amazing location, good service, fast WiFi! Next to hotel was cool chinise bbq that we ate daily. Metro is also nearby. Especially big thanks to the hotel stuff to find lost items and send it to us by post!!! We truly appreciate it and hope to come next time. Recommend!

Breakfast dining options were equally impressive — a perfect blend of local flavors and international cuisine. A very special thank you to the amazing front desk staff who went above and beyond to make my visit extra memorable. Your kindness, professionalism, and welcoming energy truly stood out. I was prompted to receive fan made cards of Ryan Ding Yuxi upon check in as the staff understood I was there for the weekend concert— thank you all for being so gracious and enthusiastic! If you’re looking for a luxurious and heartwarming experience in Guiyang, the Hyatt Regency is the place to be. I’ll definitely be back!

I am usually satisfied with Novotel, but we got upgraded to a suite and our stay became even greater. Very comfortable room with a small living room, a separate bedroom and a great modern and well designed bathroom. We had all of the necessary amenities, the staff was really kind and the breakfast was really good too. The hotel location is central and conveniant. The gym was surpisingly really spacious and well equiped !

Room was great, clean and comfortable with a beautiful view. Also got picket up at train station for free.

Rooms are so good, location just beside the food street and the people working there are super nice. I stayed one more night.
