Clean, quiet and safe. Very convenient to go to city centre. Good breakfast buffet. Only the air conditioner is not working well which we’ve been told the hotel did not turn on the ‘Cool’ module.

The room decoration was fantastic. The lobby and facilities were great. The breakfast was good value and had a wide variety of food. Chinese people seem to still smoke a lot so ask for a non smoking room! The gym area was large and much appreciated.

The gorgeous Guiyang Kempinski Hotel is located in the heart of the city’s business centre, a 5-minute drive from the scenic Nanming River.

Everything was spectacular! Great value for the service and room we received (we were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a room with a stunning view of the city). There is a great gym as well and the staff (Joyce in particular) is very kind and capable. The breakfast buffet is very extensive and provides many different options (including western and asian style). 100% recommended to stay here and pamper yourself. We will be back!

I am usually satisfied with Novotel, but we got upgraded to a suite and our stay became even greater. Very comfortable room with a small living room, a separate bedroom and a great modern and well designed bathroom. We had all of the necessary amenities, the staff was really kind and the breakfast was really good too. The hotel location is central and conveniant. The gym was surpisingly really spacious and well equiped !
