The location is the best, really close to the city wall and Bell and drum tower and Muslim quarter. The room is not too big but it is perfect for a 3 or 4 days, clean and comfortable beds.

Good location, quite area The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean, we had a premier room , which was huge. Breakfast has a big variety of western and Asian food. Staff was very, very friendly. I especially want to point out the kindness and help of Sunny from the Rezeption and Andy, the doorman, who speaks fluent English. They both did a great job!!!

We only stayed for one night, but it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the hotel's luxurious atmosphere and top-notch service. The location is fantastic—close to amenities, making everything so convenient. The room was elegant, comfortable, and well-equipped, providing the perfect space to relax. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast—so many options to choose from, catering to all tastes. Whether you prefer a hearty meal or something light, there's plenty to enjoy. Even though it was a short stay, we felt truly pampered. Highly recommended, and we’d love to return for a longer visit!

Bell tower is just opposite. Around hotel have many food to choice from. Customer service is excellent! Help us with many things even out of their normal scope which my family appreciate very much. Just book from hotel seems cheaper though.

The friendliness & politeness of your front desk staff, the concierge & even the housekeeper. All are very helpful. Special thanks to Zhang Yang, he helped to attend to all my needs for transportation. There is another lady at front desk that can speak very fluent English, I forgotten her name. Thumbs up to her & do put her as a service ambassador to attend to English speaking tourists like me - impressive Bed, room, water pressure in bathroom - very good & I'm lucky to hv a room facing the gorgeous City Wall..super beautiful at night. Very good spread of breakfast served Location superb..nearby to tourist attractions, many street foods available & shopping mall - all within walking distance

Everything! The room is spacious with very thoughtful design. Sink is situated outside of the toilet/shower room which makes it easier to use separately. Service was excellent and they are very generous with free of charge bottled water. Easily accesible to all places of interests near and within the ancient wall. Little gestures really made our time there unforgettable!

The hotel location is perfect. It is closed to subway stations, the Muslim food streets, the Bell and Drum towers... The staffs there are very friendly. Ms Chang, the customer relationship staff at the lobby was very helpful.

Such a beautiful, clean, comfortable with great vibe accommodation. Staff is amazing , warm, helpful and breakfast is delicious (and even gave me a glass of wine after a day of sightseeing)! Location could not be better. Would definitely recommend staying here in your days in Xian. Thanks for a lovely stay !

Everything this hotel are like home , clam and clean , excellent front desk service and staff so good well behaviour , polite .totally smart service , They satisfy the guest very quickly. I have traveled to many countries in my life and stayed in many hotels, but I enjoy this hotel in Xi'an the most.

Modern hotel with everything waiting for you. On arrival snacks, tea and bottled water. After passport details we were in our room. First impressions, WT. No cupboards, compact room, see through toilet and showers then the magic appears, the room is modern and well planned. Bonus, two cans of soft drink and four bottles of water daily. Also laundry is free and does a great job. Breakfast is both east and west . Can add more but I recommend you try it out.

The hotel is very nice! And the staff is willing to help with anything we need. We wanted to order food, and the receptionist ordered it for us on her cell phone. We paid, and everything was great!

Excellent room and well located.

Breakfast was sumptuous and there’s a variety of food suitable both for kids and adults. Staff there are extremely helpful especially Jones ZL who help us a lot in booking of transportation, trains and cab. Really make our stay there memorable 😊

Absolutely fantastic and lovely staff that made us feel so welcomed for our honeymoon to China. Room was beautiful and hotel incredibly close to the historic part of Xi’an. Good choice for breakfast. Overall an incredible stay.

Great central location next to subway and buses ( but twice we paid an elderly man in little motorised bike cab - fabulous). We also walked to Hyatt frontage for street beers and wine where my husband could smoke. Terracotta Warriors tour pick up from this location was great

Staff were so kind and helpful. Rooms were spacious and clean. Location was excellent.
