Cleanliness, Staff, Facilities

Our stay here felt luxurious. The facilities were great, clean, and beautiful, and the staff were incredibly helpful and professional. The location was incredible as well, sitting just outside of the central subway station (not even a need to take a taxi anywhere). If you're going to Xian, this is the place to stay!

We loved the free laundry facility, which is very useful for family holidays. We just have daily clothes to wear so can't justify some hotels using laundry service charging by piece! Even better is you can leave your laundry there with a note with room number and go out. The staff will look after for you and deliver the clean clothes to your room. Room is massive and clean. Beds are very comfortable. There are also traditional clothes to try for free.

This a perfectly located hotel for staying in Xi’an. The rooms are excellent as is the breakfast with a very wide selection to choose from. It has an added bonus of free washing machines and dryer s. The staff are also very helpful and courteous.

A fantastic location central to the Xi’An wall and a short walk to the markets. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Travelling solo. Excellent 3-night stay. Hotel centrally located but quiet - for me the perfect combo. Room has all you need. Hotel offers unlimited water, free soft drinks from the fridge, free fruit/snacks during the day, a free barista-style coffee per day and a free glass of red wine (or gin) per day. Washing machine and tumble dryer. Excellent breakfast - both local and Western. They’ll even provide a takeaway version if leaving early. Really helpful and friendly staff whose English is pretty good. A lovely stay.

Modern hotel with everything waiting for you. On arrival snacks, tea and bottled water. After passport details we were in our room. First impressions, WT. No cupboards, compact room, see through toilet and showers then the magic appears, the room is modern and well planned. Bonus, two cans of soft drink and four bottles of water daily. Also laundry is free and does a great job. Breakfast is both east and west . Can add more but I recommend you try it out.

It is a luxury hotel in a historic building where the staff goes out of their way to help you have a pleasant stay. An extensive breakfast buffet and delicious snacks are served in the open bar in the afternoon.

The room and service were exceptional, also the Spa and massage service, 10/10. The lobby is the most beautiful I’ve ever seen on a hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. The Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the views were stunning. The service was excellent throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

The place was extremely clean and beautiful, the staff was very kind and helpful. Desk staff also spoke very good English! The location is really good, very close to the city wall and well connected with bus and metro.

The location of the hotel is fantastic - near the bell tower and many eateries. The hotel Staff were also very helpful when I tried to book an additional night to connect my room bookings as I was leaving Xi’an for a night.
